Visible crew/equipment: When Blade is entering 'the house of pain' where all the vampires are dancing, a crew member is seen at the bottom right hand side of the screen behind a table, pushing a button which makes the door go up for Blade. (00:35:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Nick is seen again after Elvin has beaten him up, Nick smashes the window of a car to get to the radio and gun. As he is opening the door of the car you can see in the sideview mirror the legs of about 4-5 crew members. (01:29:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Boom mic visible when Marcy is looking at her back in the mirror.
Visible crew/equipment: In one of the scenes where Nia Peeples is fighting with Ja Rule and Steven Seagal, she jumps down to a lower level corridor, and you can see the pad that she or the stunt woman lands on.

Visible crew/equipment: In the beginning of the movie, when the kid goes for the first time to the spider farm, you can see the camera and crew reflected on the glass of the spider tanks. This is seen when the kid is looking for the owner of the spider farm among the tanks.
Visible crew/equipment: When the two main characters meet in the warehouse to have their final battle, in the first shot that spins around you can briefly see a crew member in the distance as the camera settles on Ryo. He is wearing a T-shirt, shorts and a hat, and stands for about two seconds before realizing he's in the shot and darts away.
Visible crew/equipment: On the DVD version, in the scene where Richard and Justin are arguing outside of the cottage near their cars, Justin slaps Richard. The shot immediately following, in which Richard is shown almost falling to the ground, you can see the microphone in the center on the bottom of the screen. (01:06:10)
Visible crew/equipment: In the Turkish bath scene, when the balcony explodes and the bad guys fall, you can see the edge of the air cushion they fall on for a split second.

Visible crew/equipment: When Connie and Paul run into each other on the sidewalk, you can see a crash mat blowing around.
Suggested correction: I watched this scene over and over, looking for a crash mat or any other kind of mat. Didn't see one.
Well I did. Thanks.
Look closely when they're on the ground. You can see what looks like a black commercial rug that they sometimes have when you walk into large business buildings. The kind with rubber edges. Pause the video and you'll see the black rubber edges and then next second, the crash pad disappears.

Visible crew/equipment: When J-Lo and her daughter are in Northern Michigan, they are walking into the hallway at the apartment. You can clearly see a crew member's arm in the background. (00:50:48)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene of the funeral for Arnold's wife and son, we hear the sounds of "Amazing Grace" being played on the bagpipes. There is a bagpiper in the distance, as the hymn goes on the piper can be seen blowing up his pipes and setting them under his arm without missing a note, which is physically impossible. When the camera pans to the gravesite, there is a second bagpiper in the foreground. He does the same exact thing, he blows up his pipes and sets them under his arm mid-tune with out missing a beat. When playing the bagpipes, you must fill the bag up with a certain amount of air to make the drones (the three pipes that come out of the bag and rest on the piper's shoulder) sound. You must then blow more air into the pipes to sound the chanter and play a tune. You cannot do what the bagpipers in this movie were doing and still play the tune.
