Continuity mistake: When Monica and Steve are in Monica's classroom, the position of her hair changes from being over one shoulder, to being over two shoulders as the shots change from being in front of her and behind her.
Continuity mistake: When Ullie Birve's character is taken from Earth near the end of the film, her clothes fall to the ground. In the moments just prior, she is shown fading in and out, but so do her clothes.
Continuity mistake: When Bird's co-workers are attacking Lem when he comes out the bathroom, he's wearing boxers under his towel.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film, when Martin Short is taking the test, a woman in a pink dress gets up to hand her test in, but later she is still sitting in the room.
Continuity mistake: After "A Lovely Night," while Cinderella and her stepmother are talking, Cinderella's hair keeps moving- sometimes there's more hanging in front of her shoulder, sometimes there's more in back.
Continuity mistake: When Joe realises that Jimmy isn't turning up at the park he goes to a pay phone, puts the red notebook down with the spine faceing to the right and starting phoning the FBI. In the next shot the the notebook has rotated 90 degrees with the spine now facing the wall. (01:06:45)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Asuka is fighting against the JSDF aircraft, her umbilical cable is severed and she ejects the umbilical plug. She then expands her AT field and the plug is connected in her back again. In the next shot, it isn't there.
Continuity mistake: The topless blonde assassin knocked out by Wayne appears dead a few scenes later over a puddle of her blood but with no visible wound. She is trying to get up when Marina appears to pick up a gun and taunt Wayne who's dealing with the other nude assassin, only to still be lying down a cut later. Marina could have shot her dead at this point, but doesn't and therefore the blonde's death makes no sense. The assassins' corpses are also lying in different positions than before. Continuity mistake: When the two little boys dressed as cowboys are breaking things, they smash a car window, which is suddenly intact again in a following shot.
Continuity mistake: Two agents show up at Professor Wahl's door. Marlan Clark introduces himself taking his sunglasses off with one hand, which becomes two in the reverse shot.
Continuity mistake: The jurors haven't expressed their first vote yet, they're just getting seated. One of them says "Let's get the show on the road." The foreman's right arm is bent as he holds the pen. He asks the juror by the window to come and sit; in this shot though his arm is down and straight. (00:07:25)
Continuity mistake: After Crocker discovers that Gregory is in his house, she tries to hand him the key to the basement at the Hotel. In one shot, when facing Crocker, the handle of the key is facing him, but when the camera is facing Gregory, the key's handle is is facing her.
Continuity mistake: When Billy Magic [Kevin Bacon] was backing into a parking space and stopped, the driver's side tires on his Cadillac were touching the white divider line. Seconds later when he was getting out of the Cadillac, the car/tires were more centered in the parking space (i.e, the left tires were no longer close to the white divider line). (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: There's Fall foliage at the beginning of the movie and when Bokky [Bill Paxton] and Pat [Mark Wahlberg] are leaving the camp grounds but, after they drive away, the foliage is Summer-like (and varies thereafter). (00:19:50)
Continuity mistake: When Sam walks into his kitchen at the beginning after cleaning his driveway, he walks past his son. His son goes from having his right hand down on the counter to up, holding a ladle between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Bill Murray is talking to the dead guy in the chair, the dead guy's eyes are open. But from a side shot, they are closed. (00:33:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the protagonist is first broken out of jail, at the end of the chase scene with the last two police cars. When they hit the ramp and crash, it is two earlyish model Crown Vics. Before they crash, it is one early model Vic, and one (what was a) late model Crown Vic in 1996.
Continuity mistake: When Rumi is arguing with the producer about Mima's rape scene, whilst she is saying "it's our job to protect the celebrities in our agency and there is no way Mima can do such a thing", Rumi is shown holding a pen in her left hand. The shot cuts to Mima telling Rumi she has made the decision, but when it cuts back to Rumi standing up, the pen has disappeared from her hand. (00:29:42)
Continuity mistake: When the car's group exits the Washington hotel, there's a red-haired woman in green on the far right, meters ahead, and two passers-by on the left. When the car makes a turn, they've all exchanged sides and are now right next to the car.
