Continuity mistake: In the scene where the postman gallops by the country house full blast and then comes back to pick up the letter from the boy's hand, you hear hoof sounds for long enough to take him hundreds of metres away, while the camera is on the boy. Continuity mistake: After the explosion in the laboratory, Josh is laying on the floor, injured. His face is covered in blood, however during the scene the amount of blood on his face keeps changing. In close ups of his face his lips are free of blood, but in wider shots his lips are covered in thick amounts of blood.
Continuity mistake: Robert Downey Jr.'s two girl friends sit down at the kitchen counter of one's loft to share a bottle of tequila and their sorrows. The camera shifts back and forth between the two as they dialogue and the cap to the tequila bottle sitting on the counter disappears and reappears between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the bathroom scene, the toilet seat position differs between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Plato and Sam are driving the van (right before they pass the elderly woman) you can clearly see they are driving through palm-tree Miami. But when it switches to the internal view, the greenscreen scenery shows mountainous pine forests.
Continuity mistake: When the earthquake happens, the phone falls off the hook so the lady can't get through to the house, and the phone is making that really annoying sound when it's off the hook. The phone is a portable so it shouldn't matter that it is off the hook, and when her daughter comes home it stops making that annoying sound when a phone is off the hook.
Continuity mistake: In the end when the Kothoga is on fire and chasing Margo, it catches up to her in moments. However, everytime it dramatically changes angles, the Kothoga appears a lot futher away than it was previously, but soon after catching up once again. Noting her progress in the room, this situation is not simply replaying the same scene from different angles. Plus when she gets to the water tank, she has plenty of time to spare to hit a lever, climb the device, and jump in before the Kothoga looms overhead.
Continuity mistake: When Jeffrey is on the phone, he is holding the phone by his ear in the front view, while in the shot of his back there is no phone by his ear.
Continuity mistake: After the gunfight Redmond talks about girls, etc. The guy he talks to crashes his can of beer with his right hand in one shot of Redmond but when in another shot the can ends up in his left hand.
Continuity mistake: The downtown skyline keeps changing during the scenes where an asteroid segment is threatening Kansas City.
Continuity mistake: As Prince Valiant observes the Black Knight's meeting with the vikings on the beach, the knight's visor changes position from shot to shot. When shown from behind, his visor is up, which would reveal his face. But when the knight is shown from the front, his visor is down to conceal his identity. (00:11:05)
Continuity mistake: When the Spanish and German defenders of San Juan hill are loading their Maxim machine guns, the cartridge belt is being inserted from the left side. During the fighting, the cartridges are entering the chamber from the right, and the expended belt is exiting on the left.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the cop car is over taking the runaway car you can see the front bumper of the runaway car and it's in perfect condition however earlier you see them take it off. in the next shot its back to normal.
Continuity mistake: When Hemeda is getting dressed in the presence of Nour El Sherif, he changes from being in his underwear to fully dressed in a complicated costume in a few seconds.

She awakens and bursts into flames, just then she touches his badly deformed right hand and it heals. Over the next few camera shots his hand goes back and forth from normal to deformed.

Continuity mistake: When Amy is standing in front of the fire in the cave and her dress catches fire, she turns 180 degrees to face Yanko who comes into the cave. The camera cuts to her dress, and her feet are now pointing towards the fire, before she turns around once again.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, the stallion constantly changes from being a dapple grey horse to a flea-bitten grey horse.
Continuity mistake: When Danielle is in the evening gown section in the Miss Madison competition, her dress changes from sky blue to sparkly dark blue after the shot cuts to her mother.
