Audio problem: When Mr. Freeze talks about his plan to freeze the city, he yells out "It'll be winter forever here in Gotham," but if you watch, his mouth doesn't match his voice at all through the entire sentence.
Audio problem: Ivy tells Robin that Freeze wants to turn Gotham into "an ice cube" but she's not mouthing those words. (01:38:14)
Audio problem: When the telescope is falling and the two people are with Batman, he tells them to grab onto his belt. The audio is terribly clipped.
Revealing mistake: When Robin is being pulled underwater by Ivy's plants he surfaces for air and gets pulled under again. It's obvious the film was just rewound. Then when he finaly gets free we see the shot that was rewound was the same shot used when he escapes. Really bad editing. (01:34:50 - 01:36:40)
Poison Ivy: I must confess, the combination of heroic derring-do and anatomically-correct rubber suit puts fire in a girl's lips.
Batman: Why do all the gorgeous ones have to be homicidal maniacs? Is it me?
Trivia: During filming, George Clooney paid a visit to his friends on the set of "ER" wearing the batsuit.
Question: Why the hell did they give Batman and Robin's suits nipples in this one?

Because Schumacher wanted to base the suits on Greek sculptures hence the nipples. Don't forget Robin's shorts or Batman wearing different colored cowls in the comics, perhaps this was a nod to that.
