This is impossible being that the injuries she received happened less than a second before and she landed face down after going through the glass, so the blood couldn't have ran down her face in that direction.
Revealing mistake: When Frank is hanging off the roof, there is a pipe from which he tries to cling to. The first time we see it there is a white line where it will break. The next time we see it (just before it breaks) the line has been coloured in.
Revealing mistake: After the old lady steals the meteor rock from Luigi, the big lady in red picks her up and throws her off down below into a moving car. She gets up and shocks the driver, causing the car to rear end the vehicle in front of it. If you watch closely, you see the engine top shift forward and the back of it lifts up. This reveals it is just a fake prop attached to the vehicle and not a real engine.
Revealing mistake: Foucan doesn't apply grease of gel to his hair for the entirety of the movie, but after his coat gets set on fire, you can see the fire proof protective gel now covering his hair.
Revealing mistake: When Hardy goes to check out a victim with Christman, Christman gets in the water to flip the dead woman over and the dead girl blinks her eyes.
Revealing mistake: When David pushes the pallets onto the car, it's obvious that there is no-one inside. Similarly, when he uses the forklift to pick up the car a few shots later, we see inside the car and there is only a badly constructed dummy-type object in the back seat, and no real people.
