Revealing mistake: In the scene where Jake fights in Cleveland, in one shot right before he punches you can see his opponent's mouthpiece is taped to his head so it will fall off making it look like it came out of his mouth. In the next shot he has his mouthpiece back in his mouth.

Revealing mistake: The cannibals kill Faye, and then decapitate her. Then one of the natives lifts her head up, only to let the wig slide off of the fake head, and reveal a yellow foam head underneath.

Revealing mistake: Right after Father Alvito hands Blackthorne the Portuguese-Japanese dictionary, the Jesuit priests leave Blackthorne and his entourage to continue their journey onto the port of Nimazu. You can see the orange-robed clerics walk along a track that was obviously used by wheeled vehicles. You can see grass growing in the middle of the dirt road and none in the grooves. But in an earlier scene Father Alvito stated that only the Emperor was allowed to drive in a wheeled cart which he only did it on rare occasions for ceremonial purposes and for short distances as this would otherwise damage the roads (as the grooves testify). Revealing mistake: When Caymans right hand man throws his spear through the bodies of two enemies, you can see that the part of the spear sticking out of the second guy isn't remotely in line with the spear going through the first guy.

Revealing mistake: At the end of the film, it's obvious the ground that Phil falls into is just some mats dressed up in fake snow.

Revealing mistake: When the kids break the pipes in the bathroom, the dude sitting on the stall is wearing a visible thong while on the toilet.

Revealing mistake: When Bud and Wes take competitive turns riding the bull at the presumed high speeds, the bucking patterns and timing aren't consistent. A few times either man goes less than 15 seconds on a mid speed rather than full on bucking. Which even for a practice doesn't add up, and wouldn't fly during a competition.

Revealing mistake: During the fight, Popeye ducks Oxheart's swings. If you watch carefully, it appears to be the same swing repeated multiple times from different angles.

Revealing mistake: A helpful guy is holding a jar supposedly holding the fish that were recovered after the tank was cracked open by the shot. You can tell however that there's no fish in it and Susan Saint James is dropping a handful of nothing in it. (00:21:00)

Revealing mistake: Linderman refuses Clifford's offer to be his personal bodyguard from Moody's gang, and leaves. As Clifford walks by the students practicing their violins, playing Mozart, their bow movements do not match the music.

Revealing mistake: After the press conference, there's a close-up of a newspaper ("The National Probe") which features obvious repetition of the same paragraphs over and over. (00:16:55)

Revealing mistake: When the private eyes are outside on the grounds there is loud thunder and lightning but it never rains.

Revealing mistake: When Hawk is enchanting his fathers sword he holds the "mind stone" in the palm of his hand and you can see a wire attached to each side of the stone. A few seconds later and, of course, it "magically" lifts from his hand. (00:03:14)

Revealing mistake: After the shot that shows Herbie spitting sea water from his exhausts, look at the bumper in the next shot of Herbie, when he gets black smoke from his exhausts. The rust doesn't look real, because they used paint to make it look like rust.
Revealing mistake: In this very-low-budget but star-studded flick about UFO contactees and cattle mutilations, Jan Michael Vincent's semi-auto handgun runs out of ammo during a firefight after firing only 3 rounds (the slide locks open, indicating the magazine is empty). Without reloading or racking the slide, Vincent continues firing 5 more rounds; but we see again, in close-up, that the slide is locked open, indicating an empty magazine. (01:00:55)

Revealing mistake: The gang's visit to Northfield, Minnesota reveals a typical late 18th century town, with dozens of people on many horses and horse drawn wagons. All the horses leave deep tracks in the dirt, because they are walking on freshly laid soil that has not had time to compact. There is absolutely no horse manure to be seen anywhere, despite dozens of horses. Clearly, the film makers used a 20th century town and laid new soil over the pavement shortly before the filming began.

Revealing mistake: When Terrible Tommy has Rosa in an airplane spin her hair suddenly gets thicker and her legs get thicker, indicating this is Rosa's stunt double.
