Gourmet Night (a.k.a. Gourmet's Paradise) - S1-E5
Revealing mistake: When the Colonel first meets Basil, the same shot is used twice of the Colonel twitching.

Plot hole: "Sight Unseen": Wells has the key to Lori's shackles. Weston, who knows this, knocks Wells out, but instead of taking his keys, uses a completely unnecessary (and considerably more difficult) set of bolt cutters to break the leg cuffs. (00:32:30)

Other mistake: One of the bank robbers is Terry Wands but the opening credits bill him as Jimmy Wands.

Other mistake: Season 50, Episode 5: During the 'Family Bonds' skit, the presenter says the show was about a single father raising two daughters, but in the clips, it's a son and a daughter.

Death by Resurrection - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: McBride and Ryan are driving through town in heavy traffic. When the shot cuts (and their conversation continues uninterrupted), not only does the rear view mirror disappear, but an obvious rear screen projection changes their locale to a country road with trees and no traffic at all. (00:06:00)

Factual error: Ann enters Julie/Barbara's room and Eton John's "Rocket Man" is playing. Barbara is siting in front of the turntable playing a 33 LP that has the distinctive Atlantic Records Red/White/Green label. Rocket Man was never published on Atlantic records. (00:19:00 - 00:20:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After Hutch finds the ticking box with the clown and Starsky's badge inside, when it cuts to Hutch and Dobey walking toward the squad room, the cameraman and camera are reflected on the door's glass window. (00:17:20)

Character mistake: The Eagle Koenig flies is called Eagle One. However, the number on the door behind him is plainly a four, meaning Eagle Four.
Suggested correction: This happens a lot. The number on the door is not the number of the Eagle, it's the number of the command module. The super structure and drive systems are Eagle One. Even then, there has been several Eagle Ones destroyed or lost. Eagle One is assigned its designation by the head of Recon, Alan Carter.

Factual error: Cable refers throughout the episode to "The Civil War." This term was not in use until well after the era in which the series is set. It was known at the time as "The War Between the States," or, in the South, "The War of Northern Aggression."

Witchcraft! - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: During Nicky's trial camera lights are reflected on the piano on stage and on the wall behind it.

Revealing mistake: Whenever Isis has to do jumps you can tell it's not her but a stunt double.

Continuity mistake: Benkei is talking with the Getter team for the first time and promises to fix Genki's model airplane. The wings are broken in a different way between shots. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: When the princess moves between rooms, the door in the first room is left well open, but when the shot changes to the second room, the first door is almost closed. (00:05:40)
