Continuity mistake: Stan Shaw picks up a park bench to throw at the van windshield. The scene is done in 3 takes. When he first grabs the bench and turns to hurl it the van passes him. In the second take he hurls the bench which hits the windshield horizontally and falls towards the street. In the third take the bench is embedded in the windshield vertically. (00:25:35)

Continuity mistake: At the warehouse, when Starsky jumps down onto Prudholm he grabs the guy's gun and holds it up in his left hand, but when Prudholm declares that he's a crazy sick man we see both of Starsky's hands gripping Prudholm's jacket, but in the next shot Starsky is still holding the gun up in his left hand before he tosses it.
