Audio problem: While Marcello Mastroianni is waiting at the station and Sandra Milo's train can be heard arriving off-screen, we hear much whistling by a steam train, but when it finally appears, the train is being hauled by a diesel locomotive. [As a side note/explanation - all sound in Italian movies, including the dialogue, is recorded afterwards, sometimes by different actors, eg. Claudia Cardinale in real life has a regional accent.]

Continuity mistake: When Theo and Eleanor decide to explore the house, before the arrival of Luke and Dr Markway, they are in one of the dark corridors of the house. When Eleanor speaks the leaves of a plant shake, close to her right shoulder, but Eleanor is standing perfectly still, touching the right hand side of her chin with her right hand. Eleanor then hears a gasp, and we hear her thinking. In the next shot of Theo, Eleanor, now in the background, has moved a meter or two away from the plant, she is more to the centre of the archway. The next shot shows Eleanor standing next to the plant again.

Visible crew/equipment: In the fainting scene you can see in the background on the roofs and in the windows a number of people just watching the shooting being done on the back lot. It is very noticeable in the last wide pull back shot.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Boyer's car is pulled out of the pool, it is facing in the opposite direction from when it was driven in.

Continuity mistake: When Donovan is picking Miss Deddum off the ship, she loses her balance (and bag) and there are many outriggers near the ship. First the water is choppy, then Donovan says "watch these swells." The next second it's calm as glass when she steps off and he pulls her in the water. The next scene, everyone is jumping from the ship and suddenly, all the outriggers are nowhere to be seen near the boat.

Factual error: The weapons for this film, save for the American Krag-Jorgensen rifles, British Lee-Enfield MLE rifles, and German Mauser Gewehr 98 rifles, are completely wrong. The Russians, who had Mosin-Nagants, are portrayed with Mausers. The French are for the most part correctly poratrayed with Lebel Mle. 1886/93 rifles, but a few have Berthier rifles that weren't used until 1907. The Austro-Hungarians are portrayed with a mixture of Mausers and Berthiers when they would have had Mannlicher M88/90's or perhaps Mannlicher M95's. The Japanese are equipped with Mausers and would in reality have had Muratas. The Italians have a mix of Berthiers and Mausers, but would've used Vetterli-Vitali rifles. The Chinese Imperial troops and Boxers both have Gewehr 98 Mausers. Although they did indeed have Mausers, they had the far earlier Gewehr 71's and Gewehr 71/84's.

Continuity mistake: When Bugs and Daffy leave the Emergency Hospital, Bugs has a bandage around his head and on his face, but when he emerges from the lift at the TV studios, the bandages have disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Yosemite Sam attempts to attack Bugs in the Ben Hare sequence, Bugs says that Sam has flipped his lid and runs off. Sam then runs after Bugs and there is nothing in his hand, but when Sam runs down the stairs to the lions' den, he is now holding a sword.

Audio problem: When the rooster says "Get out and stay out!" when he kicks the Banty Rooster into the horizon, his beak doesn't move.

Continuity mistake: When Nestor is Count X, Irma gives him a very-red lipsticked kiss on his right cheek. But, later, in the cafe, the redness has reduced a lot, then gets redder again, and then less, then more.
Continuity mistake: When Willoughby captures Crash McDash, he places the handcuffs on McDash's left hand. When McDash forces Willoughby into the barrel of water, the handcuffs are now on his right hand.

Revealing mistake: When the lady throws Sylvester through the window, you can see there is a bump on Sylvester's head before he hits the tree.

Continuity mistake: When John Davis is approached at the beginning of the movie, he is sitting at a bar table. Depending on the camera angle, he is resting his cheek against a closed fist or his thumb. (00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: The airplane that Adrian and Le Borg are on is a modern-day jet. Just after the explosion, there's a quick aerial shot of the plane plunging from the sky. However, the plane in the scene is definitely not a jet, as seen by the shape of the wings. This appears to be stock WWII film footage of a military fighter plane that was shot down.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie the spaceship has three runabouts affixed to the bottom of the hull. The middle one is used to travel to an unknown spaceship and is blown up. Immediate subsequent shots of the outside of the spaceship show the middle runabout missing. But after a while, outside shots show all three again nestled in their bays.

Continuity mistake: Goliath's two new friends grab him by the arms and carry him between the horses to escape from the guards; as the bad guys give chase, there's no consistency between shots regarding the shadows; they gallop through shadow areas that are entirely exposed to the sun when the baddies are coming, and vice versa. Continuity mistake: Before the bear attack, the quail Tao hunts is male. After the bear attack, when he goes to pick it up, it's male, but as he brings it to Bodger to eat it is female. (00:25:50 - 00:29:56)

Continuity mistake: Rex takes off in the experimental glider, which detaches its wheels onto the runway as soon as it's airborne. When the camera angle changes, the plane is still at the same height, but the dropped wheel assembly has disappeared from the tarmac. (00:23:00)

Factual error: Anthropology Professor Robert Orwell Sutwell explains that his black kimono was a gift from "the Tokyo Fire Department." The seven characters embroidered on the kimono are Chinese, not Japanese.

Factual error: When Clay Spencer and his brothers begin work on his dream house, they mix and pour the concrete for the foundation, then immediately begin putting up the framing. The concrete would have to cure for at least two weeks before the framing could be started.
