Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film, Leslie Barbara is inside the Photo Booth. The guys throw the booth off the bridge and as it hits the water, the black roof is seen to fall off. In the cut scene, the roof is back in place. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: In the aerial sequences of the Amtrack train near to the start of the file, most of the shots shows 2 engines (front and rear) plus 4 carriages. In two of the shots, you can see 5 carriages.

Coffin Punch - S6-E19

Continuity mistake: Jamie and Adam are shooting at Police badges to see which one would potentially stop a bullet. When they get to the third badge, it is held up to the camera. It says 'Jamie Hyneman' on the badge. The badge is then shot, and shown again to the camera. This time the engraved writing on the badge has changed to 'Adam Savage'.

Continuity mistake: When the hotel manager watches the piano collapse, you can see through the window that it is dark outside. The scene then cuts to the hotel lobby where you can see daylight through a side window, then the front doors.

Continuity mistake: When Richard is chasing Maddy and the old couple on Morris's bike, you can see that the handle bars are bent on the left hand side. As the chase scene goes on, the handlebars change from being bent to straight several times. (01:15:20)

Other mistake: When Morris is chasing the ambulance on his bicycle, he gets pushed/bumped towards the picnic table. As he tumbles over the table into the water you can see handle bars attached to the bicycle, however whilst Morris is flying through the air (separately to the bicycle), he is holding a second set of handle bars in his hands. Continuity mistake: Dusty Crophopper is on the USS Flysinhower being brought back up to flight deck on the aircraft lift. At this point the lift is fully surrounded by a raised barrier (poles and rope/chain). In the next close up shot (before the lift reaches the flight deck) the barrier has disappeared. The barrier should only retract into the deck of the lift once it reaches the flight deck (and not before) as it's to stop people and aircraft going over the edge.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Thunderbolt and Lightfoot are in the car with the crazy driver. The car goes over the embankment and as it flips you can see a wheel break off. A short time later they both drive off in the same car, with the wheel attached again.

Other mistake: When Moss confronts the party crasher who has a gun to the arms dealer's head. The party crasher then pours gasoline all over the pumps and Moss shouts "Don't shoot, you'll blow this place up, I'm standing in the shit". As the scene eventually cuts back to Moss on a long shot, you can see that the floor is dry and he's not actually stood in the gasoline. (01:20:00 - 01:21:00)

Continuity mistake: During the film McCaleb asks Buddy if a cheque is okay. Buddy replies yes, but to endorse it as Jasper Noone, his real name. When McCaleb later hands over the cheque, it is written out to Buddy Noone.

Other mistake: In the scene where Sly and his female partner are using the speed gun, a speeding car drives past. The female cop is pointing the speed gun towards the sky and not at the car, so it would never give a reading. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: Just after the fight scene outside Stifler's house, Jim is talking to Michelle, his dad and the guys. Jim is seen throughout wearing the leather bondage outfit, with a collar that contains three rings. The rings keep changing positions around Jim's neck throughout the scene. (01:17:00 - 01:20:00)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Zuckerman is thrown to the floor in the gym and handcuffed, you can hear the handcuff ratchet click as it's placed and closed on her wrist. As the other agent moves away, you can see that the handcuff is open and not actually closed around her wrist. (00:31:00 - 00:31:50)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the film, the car with three wheels enters into the car park of the race track. You can see where the brake disc has gouged out the tarmac on an earlier take.

Visible crew/equipment: When Harry is on the roller coaster for the second time (whilst being run over the park by the bomber), as the coaster is going down the final decent before the return loop, there are two camera men with a camera stood on the ground in the middle of the loop. (01:01:35)

Continuity mistake: In the final con scene at the private gambling club, Danny and Mikey are arguing about handing over the money to the guy conned at the very start of the show. Mickey punches Danny in the face, causing a split lip. The location of the blood on Danny's chin changes during the split shots.

Revealing mistake: At the end of the film when Mr Blue electrocutes himself, he falls forward to the floor. As he falls you can see him move his eyes to see where he is falling.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jason's dad is bar tender pouring a beer for a customer. The level of the beer in the glass and the head size of the beer changes at least four times by the time he reaches the pool table. (00:59:10 - 00:59:50)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene near to the end of the film, the seal team are in the Mercedes being chased by the armoured vehicle. There is a shot when the Mercedes squeezes between two parked cars. In the next shot, the armoured vehicle then jumps both cars, however you can see the ramps that are used to allow it to jump the cars. (01:36:30)
