Audio problem: In the scene where Matthew Broderick is addressing the potential members of the 54th on horseback (right after he accepts the position), the army band is playing, but the visuals don't match the music. While we hear drumrolls, we only see single hits on the snare drums by the actors. And at least one drummer is playing in mid-air.
Audio problem: When Professor Brown and Miss Price are eating, he asks, "Why are you so interested in that?" His mouth doesn't move in sync with the words.
Audio problem: In the scene where the guys held down Troy to burn him with the USMC symbol, and he's crying on the floor, you see Jake Gyllenhaal's character move in and you can hear him whisper, "You earned it, man," but if you read his lips, he is actually mouthing "Asshole!" (01:17:05)
Audio problem: When they spot the long range plane circling the U boat Mazzola starts yelling saying, "Do something Rabbit." A quick shot later you notice that he is still talking but his mouth is not moving. (01:06:00)

Audio problem: After the children have been kidnapped by the Cheyenne they are sitting in a tee pee discussing the odds of Caroline getting raped. When she says "no such luck for me" the camera cuts close to her at the end of the sentence, and her mouth isn't moving anymore. (00:08:55)
Audio problem: When Maria is talking to the other woman at the ruins after she comes to, the last time she says, "Our friends," her lips don't match the words.
Audio problem: Every time a sword is drawn, be it fast or slow, there is the 'shiiink' sound that is made when a steel sword is drawn from a steel scabbard (a sound that a western sword would make), yet Japanese swords have a wooden scabbard so the draw should be silent.
Audio problem: When Rene Gagnon is playing the guitar on the ship his hand movements do not match the guitar that is playing.

Audio problem: When the head of the Nazi forced labor camp is on his balcony shooting workers that aren't working, he fires two shots, kills two workers then reloads for a third shot but doesn't shoot. When he goes back inside, he ejects the live round he chambered onto his girlfriend, but when the round hits the floor, it clanks like an empty shell.
Audio problem: When Hal Moore is looking at the strong guy through the binoculars during training, the guy's mouth doesn't match what he is saying.
Audio problem: During the ambush of the British troop, as some of the soldiers take their first aim, it cuts to some Hurons running downhill. If you look in the lower left corner of the screen you can see a Huron firing without us hearing it. (00:17:35)
Audio problem: When Enders kills White Horse, he first tries to shoot him with his .45 and you can hear the hammer falling on an empty chamber. But if you look at Enders' pistol the slide is locked to the rear and there is no way the hammer could have fallen on the empty chamber. This also occurs earlier in the scene when Ox is trying to shoot the Japanese.

Audio problem: We see a Russian commander giving the order that one person gets a gun and a second follows him - the audio is out of sync. It is not another person giving the orders that we can hear, as we prominently see him shout with a megaphone. (00:09:45)
Audio problem: The sounds of the prisoners laughing and bantering about during the 4th of July moonshine scene is obviously a looped soundtrack as the same exact sounds and volume are heard at least four times during this scene.
