Visible crew/equipment: When Kath is following Kim up the stairs with her bags, when they stop half way up the stairs, the cameraman's shadow is visible on Kath.

Visible crew/equipment: When Sherlock and John get into the taxi in Baker Street (leaving to go to the scene of their first case) you can see a filming crane reflected in the back of the taxi.

Visible crew/equipment: Just shortly after Ellen lets Paige in, when Ellen stands at the counter, Paige mentions handcuffs, and then Ellen's boyfriend comes out. As the camera pans to the right, you first see a streak of light in the middle and as the camera continues to move four or five stage lights can be seen. This can be seen on the season 2 DVD set very clearly. (00:09:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer walk out of the orange stairwell, there is a shot as they come out the door. A car drives past. The crew is reflected in the window.

Visible crew/equipment: When Clark finds Lex in the Luthor mansion, they walk down the hall and into a new room. As they enter, as Lex is saying "So, hows the new ride?" if you look in the bottom left of the screen you can see a white tape marker on the floor, where Lex will walk over to subsequently. Visible crew/equipment: Right after Samantha, Darrin and Tabitha pop out of the living room, the shadow of what looks like a camera rolling backwards can be seen on the floor. (00:21:55)

Home Is Where the Heart Stops - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When Castle and Beckett step into the elevator whilst talking about The New York Review of Books, a cameraman is reflected in the left door of the elevator as it closes and the scene ends.

Visible crew/equipment: [Unsure episode] When Judy proceeds to flip K.C. over, you can see a boom mike at the top of the screen, which K.C. narrowly misses.

Visible crew/equipment: Fiona returns to work and tells her boss about the windshield. The camera backs up into his office. On the left side of the screen you can see the shadow of the camera operator.

Visible crew/equipment: As Danny gets out of the car, with the bad guy who shot Erin in the courtroom, holding her hostage and coming out to meet him behind the courthouse, as Danny gets out of the car, in the driver's side car door mirror you can see a crew member in a red shirt holding one of those "scene marker" slap boards. (00:32:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Buck and Manolito finally meet up with John, Blue, and the other men, Buck hands over Olive to Sam, and in the next shot of Mano and Blue the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen. (00:43:45)

Visible crew/equipment: While Dr. Mike is unsuccessfully trying to make supper Olive returns with the children, and after Olive says goodbye to them, when Dr. Mike closes the door a white T-mark is visible on the porch. (00:08:55)

J.J. Becomes a Man: Part 2 - S2-E3
Visible crew/equipment: At the police station, when Florida is begging James to borrow money from the loan shark, she and James stand up; Florida is on the left, James the right. At the top of Florida's head behind her, you can see the microphone dip into view overhead, and it moves quickly out of the frame. Then it's visible again as Florida and James walk toward the loan shark. (00:18:00 - 00:33:00)

The Case of the Lucky Loser - S2-E2
Visible crew/equipment: After leaving her husband at train station, Harriet takes a cab to meet a man at a cabin. After a few mins, she takes the man's car to go home. As she drives away, there's a reflection of a man, in suit with glasses (possibly the director) standing offscreen. (00:05:20)

Visible crew/equipment: During one of Tony's coma dreams, when the hotel elevator is out of order, Tony uses the stairway and then ends up falling down a flight of stairs. Just before he lands, we can see a crew member's hands holding a camera steady (filming the stunt double's close-up view) at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Winterfell - S8-E1
Visible crew/equipment: After Sansa tells young Ned Umber to hurry back to Last Hearth and bring his people to Winterfell, when Jon tells Maester Wolkan to send ravens to the Night's Watch, in the next shot of Wolkan the chalk T-mark can be seen on the stone floor in front of his feet (it's not the stone's edges or cracks).
