The One With Rachel's Date - S8-E5
Visible crew/equipment: When Ross shows up at Chandler's office and they both head out to go to the Hard Rock Cafe, just as Chandler walks out the door we can see the edge of the right wall set, allowing us to see the hallway Chandler just walked into and even Chandler's arm.
Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. Visible crew/equipment: Approximately 29 minutes and 10 seconds into this episode, right after Sinclair clasps hands with "The One", Garibaldi and Sinclair are on the ground. In the upper right corner of the shot there is a grip with a red baseball cap and red and white shirt on. He has long hair and spiffy glasses.
Visible crew/equipment: Just shortly after Ellen lets Paige in, when Ellen stands at the counter, Paige mentions handcuffs, and then Ellen's boyfriend comes out. As the camera pans to the right, you first see a streak of light in the middle and as the camera continues to move four or five stage lights can be seen. This can be seen on the season 2 DVD set very clearly. (00:09:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After Tamera and her friends scream "Tia" and they leave, you can see a boom mic on top.
Visible crew/equipment: When Eddie enters the club and walks toward his father, the red tape mark is visible on the floor beside the stool, where the phone is lying on the counter. The phone rings, so Mr. Torres walks over there to answer the phone. Eddie follows. (00:13:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Yale is still trying to access the "E2" files, Alonzo asks if he is OK. A few shots later the camera zooms in on Yale's eye, and you can see the camera reflected in his eye. (00:39:35)
