Visible crew/equipment: When Solo enters the scanning room, the shadow of the boom assembly sweeps down the wall on the right side of the door. (00:07:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Reid is showing the DA his closed-circuit video of Mike, several pieces of white tape stuck to the carpet are visible. These are blocking marks, put there to show the actors where to stand. (00:07:15)

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning, when the Taliban steps on the landmine, you see the DEA agent getting hit with dirt and blood. In the center of the shot, you can see a few drops of blood stick to the camera lens. Incredibly easy to notice, so I'm not sure how this one slipped through.

Visible crew/equipment: You can briefly see part of a camera and camera man at the right of the screen after Tobias and the counselor finish their "scene" during therapy.

Visible crew/equipment: After Echo is extracted from the docks, the reflection of a camera rig can be seen on the side of Langton's van. It's within the last few frames of the shot so you may have to pause it to see.

Twelve Days of Krampus - S3-E8
Visible crew/equipment: During a fight scene between Nick and the Krampus you can see a man running out of the shot. This is the part of the fight just after the kids are being lowered from the tree.

Visible crew/equipment: When Emily and Bob get into the elevator to go to lunch. The camera pans over to the door to Bob's office. The shadow of the camera is visible on the wall.

Blood Donut - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When Flores discovers her cell phone is missing from the hole in the wall she goes nuts, slams the stall door and kicks it in. After she is taken away there's a closeup of the stall and we can see the metal spring that was duct-taped to the bottom of the wall inside.

Visible crew/equipment: When Marie goes to tell Reb about Allie seeing Lou in the showers, in a slow-mo shot of them both filmed through some bars, you can see a boom mic above Reb's head.

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning when Sarah, John, Cameron and Derek are driving past the dead cows, the shadow of a camera can be seen on the inside of the passenger door that Sarah is sitting in.

Visible crew/equipment: In the rec hall, when Kensi feigns sickness while posing as a cadet the gunman jumps off the stage, and as Kensi bends over the small rectangular bulge of her mic pack can be seen at her back. (00:30:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Conners' friends come over and say "Hey Jailbird!" to Dan, a microphone can be seen coming down and going back up in the top left corner.

Visible crew/equipment: After Kristina explains the lunch problem to Adam, when Adam tells her that he's too busy to call the lunch vendor, in the next shot facing Kristina the T-mark can be seen taped to floor at the bottom, right side of the screen. (00:03:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When the boys are picking teams for basketball, a boom mic can be seen in the top left corner of the screen. (00:06:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Kathryn tells John that staring at his phone won't make it ring, in the next shot facing John the boom mic can be seen in front of him, bobbing around at the top of the screen. (00:02:55)

Visible crew/equipment: While Phil and Claire are warming up for their race, Alex and Luke are getting dropped off. When you see them walking towards Phil and Claire you can see a crew member with equipment behind the bushes at the right side of the screen. (00:17:05)

The Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood - S5-E4
Visible crew/equipment: We can see crew reflected in Hodgins' car door as he arrives at the crime scene. (00:20:20)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode Saul is sitting in his office and you can see the shadow from a crew member in the windows. The member even moves. (00:50:41)

Visible crew/equipment: Dutch and Claudette are watching an interrogation video of the Margos with Armin Chorekian. Just before the scene changes, the boom mic bobs down into the shot above Armins' head for a split second. (00:14:40)
