Night Of The Living Dummy II - S1-E10
Visible crew/equipment: In a wide shot of Slappy about to smash the guitar on the parents you can see that he is propped up on a stand.
Visible crew/equipment: In the flashback of the murderer slamming the car door on the victim's neck and breaking it, we get a clear shot of the cameraman and his camera in the car door (CSI's favorite blooper).
Visible crew/equipment: After Echo is extracted from the docks, the reflection of a camera rig can be seen on the side of Langton's van. It's within the last few frames of the shot so you may have to pause it to see.
Visible crew/equipment: In the rec hall, when Kensi feigns sickness while posing as a cadet the gunman jumps off the stage, and as Kensi bends over the small rectangular bulge of her mic pack can be seen at her back. (00:30:25)
Visible crew/equipment: The Great Santini makes a vase of flowers appear on a table. Before he holds up a cloth to conceal the vase as it appears, the tips of the flowers can be seen beyond the far edge of the table. As he pulls the cloth away, there is a quick glimpse of the hand of the crew member who put the flowers on the table. (00:11:00)
Visible crew/equipment: Dutch and Claudette are watching an interrogation video of the Margos with Armin Chorekian. Just before the scene changes, the boom mic bobs down into the shot above Armins' head for a split second. (00:14:40)
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning when Sarah, John, Cameron and Derek are driving past the dead cows, the shadow of a camera can be seen on the inside of the passenger door that Sarah is sitting in.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Jarod is being thrown into the swimming pool by Zed, the gang leader, as a sort of initiation, there is a shot where Jarod is tied up in chains sitting in a chair at the bottom of the pool. Another character is set to throw in the key just to the next of Jarod and he is supposed to fall over and get it. In the shot just before he falls over, you can see a crewmen's arm holding a chain attached to the chair in order to help Jarod fall over.
Rendezvous - S2-E15
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Bud is shredding the satelite photograph, when he turns around to talk to Harriet, a microphone dips into the scene for a quick second.
Visible crew/equipment: As the energy being moves down the city sidewalk, we see its shadow on the concrete. Right beside that, however, we can also see the distinctly-shaped shadow of the camera. (00:35:00)
In Which We Meet Mr. Jones - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: During the shot where Walter is talking about Jimmy Hoffa while installing a light bulb, you can see the set and crew reflected on the metal part, including the audio coordinator with a boom mike.
Visible crew/equipment: When Diana and Lydia are walking in the mothership corridor there are two things to look out for. When Lydia first starts talking a section of the whitescreen appears in the top right of the picture. Then a couple of seconds later the shadow of the camera appears on the door to her left. Visible crew/equipment: Steed is seen driving along with Purdey and Gambit in rural France. The camera was probably mounted on the front passenger side door, pointing in. As they near their destination, the camera pans to reveal a farm house, and as it pans, a professional-looking microphone can be seen sitting on the dashboard.
Visible crew/equipment: When the old lady enters the costume shop to retrieve her knitting book, an equipment shadow sweeps across the lower right of the screen, then moves back to the left. (00:11:45)
Visible crew/equipment: "Service Station" (Adventure 6, Part 2): When Johnny Jack sits down at the cafe table, the shadow of a crew member's moving hand is visible on the shoulder and sleeve of his big gray coat. (00:35:45)
Visible crew/equipment: In the first run through of Sydney driving into the dock in the car, the cable being used to pull the car is visible if you look closely in the long shot. (00:01:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When the van races up to the hospital entrance and the door opens, it reflects a clear image of several film crew members, including the man holding the pole rigging for the boom mike. (00:18:20)
