Smoking Gun - S1-E2
Character mistake: When the bad guys put the generator in front of the air vent, Nigel looks at the white smoke and pointing at it says "Carbon monoxide." Carbon monoxide is colorless, white smoke is mostly condensed vapor. (00:35:20)

Character mistake: At the police station when Damien Asante is reading the information on the computer about the hit and run, he says "On February 25, 2015 Christy Markus and her son were struck by a car. The driver kept going." If you look at the computer screen, the date of incident says February 25, 2018. (00:30:00)

Character mistake: Voice on the radio says a 39-year-old with a gunshot to the left shoulder; however, Will was shot in the right shoulder. (00:40:13)

The Odyssey of Flight 33 - S2-E18
Character mistake: The real speed that was reported was 3,000 knots. At one point, the plane encountered a bright flash, and violent shaking. The Captain surmised that they broke the sound barrier. 3,000 knots equates to over 3,000mph. The sound barrier (Mach 1) is about 767mph, and the captain would know that.

Character mistake: The Sliders are constantly trying to interact with a new world despite not knowing anything about it. This action often leads to misunderstandings, arrests, or threat of death. Sometimes there's even posted signs that they don't bother reading until it's pointed out by someone they've upset or annoyed. Yet they continue this action. They played a death lottery without asking question, order beer when it's not available to them, or try to pay without local currency.

Character mistake: Nathan suggests to Dwight and Audrey that maybe he should shut down the meeting of troubled people. As chief, he should know he has no authority to stop citizens from assembling.

Character mistake: On Jaden's first turn, he considers fusing his Bubbleman and Clayman to summon Elemental Hero Mudballman because "he'd have enough attack points to take down the Sky Scouts' Simorgh." This is not true, as Mudballman has 1900 attack points and Simorgh has 2700 attack points. (00:10:57)

The Night of Miguelito's Revenge - S4-E12
Character mistake: The store window's sign says, "Denver Mercatile" rather than "Mercantile."

Character mistake: Dexter's father says he'll stunt jump over four school buses, but only three are shown.

Character mistake: When the office receives a code red alert, there is a close-up shot of the alarm, where there are two clocks next to it. One of the clocks represents New York time. The other represents London time. The clock representing New York reads the time as 10:40 and the clock representing London reads the time as 4:40. The time difference between New York and London is 5 hours, not 6 (occasionally 4 due to DST). (00:03:40)
Suggested correction: London is five hours ahead of New York normally, but Episode 5 takes place on April 25, 1946, so it is reasonable to assume Episode 1 takes place not long before that. England went on British Summer Time on April 14, 1946, while New York didn't go on Daylight Savings Time until April 28, 1946, so from April 14 to April 28, 1946, London was 6 hours ahead of New York, so the clocks would be correct.

Coming Home - S1-E13
Character mistake: Kamaria Ray thinks back of her son shooting at the Zeon troopers with a mental image that is wrong; Amuro was not shooting from the bed, but from the door. (00:15:20 - 00:19:20)

Character mistake: Dr Smith who has some of The Robot (ie, bravery and courage) quotes The Fall of The Light Brigade but mistakenly says "into the valley death rode the five hundred" when it is actually 600. Both Dr Smith and the Robot would know this very famous poem's most well known line. (00:44:45)
Suggested correction: There's nothing to suggest they would know the poem exactly, especially since you yourself don't even know the actual name of the poem. It's "The Charge of the Light Brigade."

Character mistake: Professor Saotome checks the status of the Getter Robot when his son falls unconscious. The HUD output is written in awkward EngRish, from the first line of the status report, called; "Monitor the state of affairs", to smaller details like the article randomly used for certain lines ("a control device, a correspondent"). The biggest flub though is that the name of his son is "Tatsuhito", in proper romanization, but here appears as "Tatuto." (00:05:20)

God Is in the Details - S2-E10
Character mistake: When Diane quotes the scripture, she says "Revelations." However, it's just "Revelation." Someone as smart as her who has read the New Testament (or heard it quoted) would know the correct word.

Character mistake: The note Six hands the "access man" misspells the word "receipt" as "reciept." He's supposedly a "think tank" genius, so really should be able to spell better than that. (00:27:30)
