Continuity mistake: Prior to the dinner at Fancy's with George's parents they show the restaurant from outside but the person in the window is the Veterinarian that Zoe stands up later this season and it is actually the same exact shot from when he is waiting for her to show up for their date.
Continuity mistake: After the dance, when Jack is talking to The Big Three, he grabs the towel and puts it on the other side of Rebecca. When the scene cuts back to Jack rubbing Rebecca's belly, the towel is still on Jack. Then, when Rebecca's water breaks, it is back to being on the other side of her. (00:03:40 - 00:04:12)
Labia Majora - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: Bette and Tina are with their sex therapist, and when she sits down her glasses are in her hand, from the back view they are on, and when it switches back to the front view, they are off again. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: Guy of Gisbourne says to Robin Hood that he should lay down his weapons. Robin Hood throws his bow and sword on to the ground. He then gets thrown down the cliff, into the river. A few minutes later, when we get focused on him again, we see that the bow is lying in the river with him. (00:06:05 - 00:10:55)
Continuity mistake: During his questioning inside the house, Clemens' hair goes back and forth from falling over his forehead to brushed back several times between takes. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, Kate's friend gives her ex-fiance's letter to Kate. The letter is held differently in consecutive shots.
Continuity mistake: Liza comes out of bathroom with just a shirt then walks away with trousers on.
Continuity mistake: I know that Animators re-use backgrounds but it is painfully obvious that when Keitaro and Narusegawa are leaving the exam results posting they walk in a straight line past the same "Ristorante" three times.
Zombie Kid - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When gang-tae sits down to eat noodles with Moon-young, just as Moon-young says "Zombie Kid?", she is shown with chopsticks (with noodles in them) in her right hand and has the chopsticks pointed upwards. In the next shot, the chopsticks are suddenly pointed downwards (now back in the bowl). (00:18:15)
Continuity mistake: The man who has fallen down the ravine raises his hand as he shouts for the EMTs. The scene immediately cuts to a shot of him holding his wound with his hand down.
Continuity mistake: A white tea towel suddenly appears in Carrie's left hand when she hugs Big in the kitchen.
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Date Night - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: The waiter is carrying around a foil swan. Change of camera angle and all of a sudden the swan is sitting in the middle of the table. (00:19:10)
Witness for the Execution - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Episode #1.4 - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Mr. Knightley has just confessed his love for Emma. She is about to kiss him and is holding his face with both of her hands. Her left index finger moves from being right on his ear to being behind it and further down on top of his hair. (00:48:40)
Picture's Up - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When the detective goes to retrieve the water bottle that Zach discards into the recycle bin, he picks it up with a napkin by the top. In the next shot, he is placing the bottle in a plastic bag top first, holding the bottle with the napkin by the bottom. (00:42:00)
Continuity mistake: When Lisa is helping Joe with the test he gets her a soda, he puts it on the table she then moves it. It is right next to the can of peanuts. Lisa is seen moving the can of peanuts back, there is one shot that shows it now behind the can of soda, then the next shot they are again next to each other.
Continuity mistake: As Dave is leaning over the edge of the air boat with Rose behind him, he pulls a chunk of metal out of the water and places it on the edge of the boat on his left side. When he gets up from his lying position moments later, the metal is gone. Moments later again, with an overhead shot of the boat, we see what appears to be that piece of metal positioned at what would have been his right side, not his left. This is also where we see him step over the seat (twice!) in subsequent camera angles. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: When Grace and Nadine are at the bar, Nadine starts to take money out of her purse. The shot changes and suddenly there is money on the table. Then the amount of money on the table keeps changing between shots.
