Continuity mistake: Episode 1 - When the commissioner kisses his wife at the beginning of the first episode, he is holding the holstered gun in his left hand and his ID in the right hand. That's in the first shot, because his daughter enters the room bringing coffee, and now the two items swapped hand. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: The man who has fallen down the ravine raises his hand as he shouts for the EMTs. The scene immediately cuts to a shot of him holding his wound with his hand down.
Continuity mistake: When Larry Bird hands Marty the pie, Marty takes it with one hand and then grabs it with his other hand. In the next shot, the pie is no longer in his hands and he's seen grabbing it with both hands at once.

Continuity mistake: In the final scene when Grace goes to checkout at the grocery store, she is holding her credit card. The shot changes and now the cashier has her card.

Continuity mistake: When Joshua is waiting for his interview, watch behind Emma: The number of people next to the pool table increases/deceases randomly between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Ranma to Ranma? Gokai ga tomaranai - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Female Ranma had a shoulderstrap of her tanktop down in a sexy way - once Nabiki turns her back into the male form, his shoulderstrap is back up. (00:09:10)

Continuity mistake: In one part of the scene where Joe has Delilah's iPhone and it's ringing, it shows the call with a green answer button and a red decline button, then, it shows it only with a slide to answer option. (00:53:00 - 00:59:00)
Continuity mistake: When Hina is talking with the hotel employee, in the shot where the employee says "The rickshaws bumped into each other", she is holding a cigarette at a vertical angle. When the shot cuts, the cigarette is being held at an upright angle. Then when the shot cuts again, the cigarette is at a vertical angle again. (00:37:30)
Continuity mistake: When Gi-do is checking himself into the hospital, he flips up the sunglasses he is wearing. The shot then cuts to Haeng-ja whispering something to him, and we can see Gi-do's right hand raised to be level with his head. When the shot cuts back to Gi-do, his right hand is suddenly lowered. Continuity mistake: At the funeral, Susan Sharon raises her hands and points at her face. From the opposite angle they are lowered.

Continuity mistake: Mr. Knightley has just confessed his love for Emma. She is about to kiss him and is holding his face with both of her hands. Her left index finger moves from being right on his ear to being behind it and further down on top of his hair. (00:48:40)

Continuity mistake: When the detective goes to retrieve the water bottle that Zach discards into the recycle bin, he picks it up with a napkin by the top. In the next shot, he is placing the bottle in a plastic bag top first, holding the bottle with the napkin by the bottom. (00:42:00)
Date Night - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: The waiter is carrying around a foil swan. Change of camera angle and all of a sudden the swan is sitting in the middle of the table. (00:19:10)
Witness for the Execution - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: At the diner when Tsunoda and Retsuko are talking, Tsunoda pulls out a red phone with a white heart on it from her purse. In the close up she is pulling it out with her left hand and the phone is horizontal with the heart on its side. It then cuts to a wide angle and suddenly she's holding the phone upright with both hands.
