Continuity mistake: In the sit room, when the president is trying to decide whether to intercept the smugglers' aircraft, the local time displayed On the Clock in the background jumps from 19:12 to 19:58, back to 19:12, then to 20:13, then to 19:08. It then jumps to 19:53, then 19:59, then back to 19:15, then to 19:02. It then jumps to 20:00, before going back to 19:15 and finally finishing 19:02. All in the space of about 2 minutes of ‘real time'. (00:01:10 - 00:02:45)
Continuity mistake: Episode 6.4, Libra Slayer: In the opening scene, in the hospital, the man leans over the dying patient to hear what he has to say. His cheek is almost touching the patient's lips. Then the angle changes and their faces are suddenly quite far apart.
Visible crew/equipment: When Joel and Ellie cross the bridge, you can see crew on the left, in the overhead long shot. This show is an HBO Original, and the mistake has been edited out in the current streaming version. (00:14:35)
Factual error: Raceme's girlfriend Morgan is seen in a mugshot taken by Edinburgh Police, Scotland. They are known as Lothian and Borders Police, not as shown "Lothan and Boarders". (00:28:30)
Continuity mistake: In the episode on 13th November, 2020, the Mr. Men book set changes positions throughout the episode. (00:14:06 - 00:30:22)
Visible crew/equipment: At the courthouse, while the Agents are in the room with the corpse, Hurstview stands behind an overturned potted plant. After Hurstview opens Skip's safe, just as Barnes and Long exit the room Hurstview moves his foot, and the actor's green tape mark is visible on the carpet at his feet. (00:20:00)
Visible crew/equipment: A camera and microphone are visible on the front of Walt's vehicle after the opening credit/intro as he takes Ruby's call, explaining he's headed to Denver. (00:01:35)
Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." Continuity mistake: Ahsoka is wearing a red bodysuit for most of the episode, but when she falls to the floor after Bane shocks her unconscious, her legs are miscoloured a pale pink. (00:13:21)
Continuity mistake: Elsbeth is sitting at a bar having a beer in a bottle. The label is facing away from her as she talks to the bartender. When the bartender walks away, the bottle has turned, with the label now facing her. (00:44:44)
The Saint of Last Resorts - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: John throws some stones onto a table to investigate whatever took the baby. The angle changes and they're in a completely different arrangement.
Factual error: The Governor arrives at the ranch in her official vehicle. However, the vehicle has US Government license plates. A State Governor is not a US Government representative, so the vehicle would have State plates. (00:16:41)
Visible crew/equipment: You can see the camera in the backseat as they pull into the gas station.
Visible crew/equipment: During the shooting, a crew member holding a camera is visible in the upper right side of the screen. (00:22:39)
The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5
Other mistake: When Japp and the bobby arrest the pickpocketer, the dialogue says "It was only last week that we put him inside for three months" which obviously does not make sense. In the original story he did the 3 months of jail the year before, and this has to be a flub in the lines of this TV version (it is specified also that he did those in the winter, so the Sergeant can't possibly mean that he was released last week). Visible crew/equipment: The second time Alicia is being picked up by Sergeant McWain, just as McWain opens the car door, we can see reflections of the crew's large lighting scrim that is set up on the sidewalk. (00:25:40)
The Losers - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Lodgepoole is telling Marshall about how the Bureau of Lost caused the Great Depression, someone's arm becomes visible in the upper left corner of the screen. (00:12:51)
The Darkest Hour: Part Two - S4-E2
Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, as the knights are about to send Merlin to Camelot with Lancelot, the knights walk towards the camera. As they do, there's a patch of green screen the special effects department must have forgotten to remove between Sir Elyan and Sir Percival. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When Tulip hands over her driving licence after she's been pulled over, she puts a ring on her left hand and hands the licence over with that hand, then the angle changes and she's using her right.
Revealing mistake: When Lois and Clark are checking out Lenny Stoke and Derek Camden on Lois' computer, you can see the computer screen showing the script for Lois in that scene. (00:07:40 - 00:08:20)
