Continuity mistake: In her rooftop fight with Tommy, Batwoman opens with a batarang, then sends him face down kicking him from behind. They wrestle some, and the railgun goes off once. In a wide shot when she punches him in the midsection a few times while he is trapped in an armlock, you can see the gun on the ground. He had it in hand in the previous shot and is still in his possession later. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: Matlock is inside a jail cell, speaking to a man who has been accused of murder. In an outdoor scene, someone throws a raw egg at the window as Matlock looks out. Inside the cell, as Matlock turns away from the window, the splattered egg has vanished.

Continuity mistake: In the first episode, the pilot of the plane's shoulder rank changes from stars to stripes, back and forth, repeatedly from scene to scene.
Continuity mistake: As Banacek approaches the room in the farmhouse that has the cross, he has a cigar in his mouth. As he enters, the cigar is gone.
Continuity mistake: Tony Sparkle is seen defacing a picture of Judy Talent. He starts writing something beginning with T. The action cuts away for a moment, and then back again. The words on the picture are "SAD OLD BAT". (00:07:05)

Continuity mistake: When Peter wakes up from Baron Mordo's illusion, he is wearing a monk's robe with sneakers and is barehanded. He removes the robe, revealing he was wearing his Spider-Man costume underneath, but his gloves and boots magically appear on his hands and feet as well. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: McBride and Ryan are driving through town in heavy traffic. When the shot cuts (and their conversation continues uninterrupted), not only does the rear view mirror disappear, but an obvious rear screen projection changes their locale to a country road with trees and no traffic at all. The Two Deaths of Jamie B. - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Kirsten and Fisher are talking, Kirsten is picking up and holding various Christmas items. When Fisher says he's not the best person to give relationship advice, there's shot of Kirsten and you can tell she's not holding anything. In the next shot her arms are full again.
Continuity mistake: The explosion that scars Harvey Dent and creates Two-Face is shown to have scarred and colored him light blue on the entire left half side of his face and neck. However, when he is first shown in the hospital, the parts of the left side of Harvey's face that aren't covered in bandages are still normal, as is his entire neck. (00:19:35)
Continuity mistake: When Buzz and Provenza race out of the squad room to follow Rusty in the frantic search for Stroh, Buzz is in shirt sleeves with no tie. However when they arrive at their destination Buzz is wearing a coat and tie.

Continuity mistake: Back at their kingdom, Wonder Woman and her mom are sitting and talking as they watch the fighting before them. The mother turns her head towards Wonder Woman in a close up and says "Oh please. It's just one little contest." It then changes to a wide shot again and suddenly her mom is looking straight forward. Continuity mistake: During the fight with Zhou Cheng, Cheng does a forward flip and kicks Danny, making him stumble backwards. In the shot of Cheng lying on the ground, Danny is holding his stomach. In the shot immediately afterwards, he's holding his chest.
The Case of the Wandering Widow - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: Perry and Paul go to the park at ten o'clock at night but the sun is shining and casting shadows.
Continuity mistake: Kurt is still recovering from the beating he took in the previous episode with bad cuts on his forehead, checks and temple area. They are red and impossible to miss while he is in the police station. The cuts have miraculously disappeared in the next scene when he goes to visit Mona.
Continuity mistake: In s02e09, "Enter the Dragon", when Father Jun shoots the second Irishman, he's holding the pistol with both hands. But in the next shot, he's back to holding it with one hand.
This Must Be the Alamo - S4-E5
Continuity mistake: When McCloud and Broadhurst are driving around in the squad car, the vehicle changes in their closeups. Note the light atop the hood, the stickers with the police and unit number on the hood, the rearview mirror's vanishing act, etc.
The Dark and Bloody Ground - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At lunch, Jim asks Beth Davenport to find out everything Ann knows about her husband. She is touching her necklace, but at the cut that same hand holds a mug. (00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: Early in the episode as she is on a fire escape looking to hide somewhere, the window she opens from the outside has two half panes of glass, but on the inside it only has one pane of glass.
