Continuity mistake: In the flashback from their first shot at the lawsuit, Olympia joins the factory worker for his smoke break. She tells him she actually quit, and he asks her, "You miss it?", lowering his arms. When she replies in the next shot, he lowers them again. She also holds the cigarette in a different way. Continuity mistake: At the deli, Jane orders plain bagels with cream cheese. When she gets home, she has everything bagels with lox.
Continuity mistake: Elsbeth is sitting at a bar having a beer in a bottle. The label is facing away from her as she talks to the bartender. When the bartender walks away, the bottle has turned, with the label now facing her. (00:44:44)
