Visible crew/equipment: When Zaphod says his first line "I certainly didn't survive.", you can see the person who plays his third arm standing behind him.

Visible crew/equipment: When Dianne's daughters have locked themselves alone in the room, just as Jerry is about to put the keys in the door to unlock it so they can prevent the girls from cutting their hair, the boom microphone dips into view in the room where the girls are alone. This boom mic is not from the "documentary" crew. (00:13:25)

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Dennis and the Waitress, Mac and Dee successively walk into the back office to talk to Charlie near the beginning of the episode, in some of the shots, you can see outside the office door, and you can see the top of the set has no ceiling, and even see part of a stage-light.

Visible crew/equipment: After Doctor Ellingham finds the sofa on the road, Bert shows up and sits down on it and talks. As he does, watch the side mirror when Doctor Ellingham returns to his car. When the door opens, you see the reflection of a cameraman or other crew member reflected in the mirror. (00:02:05)

Visible crew/equipment: Look closely when Clair gets up after saying to the kids "I'm glad we had this chat", you can see a tip of a camera on the right.

Visible crew/equipment: After the Alpha wolf breaks through the movie rental window, it frightens Lydia, who was parked outside. As the camera pans closer to her face, a protective plastic cover hanging off the camera can be seen in the car window's reflection. (00:03:55)

Visible crew/equipment: In "The Desparate Hours", right at the end when Barraclough is in Fletcher's cell, when Fletcher says, "I never heard nothing" you can see the shadow of the boom mic on his face.

The Fugitive - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: At the start of "The Fugitive," just after the police cars arrive at the site, the camera pans round and you can see a lorry with "McGuiness Film and TV Lighting" on the side.

Adam Driver/Chris Stapleton - S41-E10
Visible crew/equipment: Star Wars Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base: When Lieutenant Colonel Zack is telling 'Mat' that it's been a rough year for his family, a camera man is seen creeping onto screen on the right hand side. (00:02:35)

Visible crew/equipment: During George's funeral, the camera swings around to follow the employee from Happy Time (the guy who George gives files, minus the red ones, to) and as he crosses the room to the other side, you see a crew member holding a boom mic, who looks over a little startled and moves back out of view.

Visible crew/equipment: When Will and Dr. Smith first come upon the Trader's encampment, just as the dogs start to attack you can see the head of a crew member (dog trainer?) bob in and out of view from directly behind where the dog on the right was lying...from behind the boxes stacked on the ship's platform. Visible crew/equipment: After Dr. Samuels comes down the stairs and starts to talk to Charlie, a shadow of a boom mic can be see behind Charlie.

Visible crew/equipment: When Baby tries to walk, and he falls over, as he falls you can see the black sleeve covering the puppeteer's arm.

Reba Eats and Pterri Runs - S3-E1
Visible crew/equipment: As Pterri comes around to Reba's left side, the puppeteer's hands can be seen behind her back for a moment.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when Charlie walks in the edge of another camera be seen on screen left. (00:00:10)

Katokutai shutsugeki seyo - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Neronga is shown destroying the power station, one specific shot shows Neronga roaring while tilting its head upwards. In the next shot, two metal wires can be seen being connected on top of the head, possibly used for the previous Neronga's roaring shot. (00:19:24)

Visible crew/equipment: After Max walks in with the dog, she tells Khadijah why Walter was kicked out of obedience class, and when it cuts to Tripp the end of the living room set wall is visible on the right side of the screen, so we can see the kitchen set. (00:10:40)

The Accident - S1-E1
Visible crew/equipment: When Alex goes into the garage for the first time, a camera and camera operator can been seen reflected in the saw.

Visible crew/equipment: When Dick wants to go along with Mary to a wedding he tries to convince her. When he says "Whatever it takes, I'll do it" he walks forward. Take a look at the top of the screen and you'll notice the shadow of the boom mic on the wall following him.
