Continuity mistake: The blonde student leads Miyuki inside the dilapidated school and says hi to the other student that is checking out a billboard. In the close-up you can see that she's standing on the left side of the billboard. In the wider angle she is standing on the right side. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: In all other episodes of this season, Officer Dan has blonde hair. This one episode, Officer Dan has gray hair and his face looks completely different from other episodes.
Coach Fussell's Lament - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: Chairface and Chrome Dome arrive at the Brianchild's house in the same car, but drive off in separate cars.
Rocket to the Moon/The Birds - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: "The Birds" - Sheep has the egg in a baby buggy next to the basketball court. She and the buggy are at the side lines. One of the others accidentally hits the ball towards the buggy and Sheep blocks it with her face, scoring a goal. Suddenly she and the baby buggy are in the center of the basketball court.
Continuity mistake: The fish that Harley uses to protect herself from the Joker changes shape and size every shot.
Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.
Continuity mistake: While Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the car, he for some reason seems to have a Charlie Chaplin-esque moustache which he doesn't have in any other point in the episode.
Enemy Within, Enemy Without - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alana is grabbing the tree branch to break it off, her hands are suddenly closer together when the shot changes, and the branch itself has a different shape to it. (00:12:38)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, as Mat enters the kitchen with a chicken in the newspaper, the attentive viewer may notice a small shelf on the wall. At first there is only salt on the shelf, but when Mat is about to put the chicken in the oven, suddenly an orange mug can be seen on the shelf next to the salt, which was not there before.
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
Just the Right Distance From the Sun / Solar Power Rover - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: In "Solar Power Rover", when they open the gate to DSA, the lock switches sides.
Continuity mistake: After Michael's tooth falls out, the toys go to clean it. When they accidentally squeeze the toothpaste on each other, it finally shows Alfred holding up the toothbrush correctly because Diesel can't seem to, Alfred's appearance is short, dark green and smaller in size. But then Johnson appears and says "I'm going to remove this toothpaste tube before it causes anymore damage" the shot cuts to Alfred with the toothpaste squeezed on him, and his appearance has changed; with a larger head, bright green body and larger in size. A few shots later, he is back to his original form.
Continuity mistake: In the episode "Fool's Gold" Debbie puts the fool's gold on top of the pail on her sculpture. The shot changes and it's gone, the next shot it's back.
Reptiles in the Rose Garden - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When King Koopa tells the citizens to repeat after him, part of his underbelly switches from yellow to green a couple of times. (00:03:29)
Continuity mistake: There are two Bristles shown to be in attendance at the ball: one in a tuxedo and one in his normal clothes. (00:06:30)
Used Car/Bounty Hunters - S8-E9
Continuity mistake: In "Used Car", when Beavis and Butt-head first approach the car, it's in between two trucks, a white one and a brown one. At the end, the spot where the car was is now between a green car and the white truck.
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, Popeye is helping Olive Oyl put her washing on the line. When Bluto appears, he takes Popeye and uses one peg to hang him on the line, but in the next shot he is hanging by two pegs.
Continuity mistake: As Rey is retrieving her staff with a slimed BB-8 in her grasp, she passes by and leaps onto the leg of an old fallen AT-AT Walker which is next to her. There is a fin sticking up into the air from its foot with a groove down the middle in the close shot as she gets her staff. In one of the following shots as she's jumping up onto the leg, that middle groove on the fin disappears. Also in these shots, suddenly much more sand is built up against the foot of the Walker than before. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: The episode "Clash Reunion" shows Megavolt in his flashback becoming a supervillain in high school. For one moment he's wearing his trademark goggles, then afterwards they're gone. (00:05:05)
