The Return of the Beast: Part 1 - S1-E1

Other mistake: When Talbot is grilling Banner for his relationship with Betty, when Banner is saying "Someone like you perhaps," the screen briefly constricts and then expands back to normal size, similar to a window on a computer screen being maximized.

Other mistake: In this episode, Eric tries to destroy a mutant, apparently unaware that Rangers don't destroy mutants but freeze them. Yet in Quantum Quest and Clash for Control, he froze a mutant.

Day of the Machines - S2-E3

Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Show generally

Other mistake: The Zeds infect others through directly touching them. This rule extends to touching their clothes and backpacks, which makes no sense.

Kako kara no tegami - S1-E2

The Killer - S1-E1

Other mistake: We are of course not privy to the protocol of the secret service organization Jim Phelps is a member of; however, while he is at his own place choosing at his leisure the team members, Jim to pick Nicholas types "KJ" on the laptop, to pick Casey he types "PK", then to pick Max and Grant he just clicks a TV remote. Whatever system they are using, does not seem to make any internal sense.

Fed to the Sharks - S2-E21

Other mistake: Two FBI agents are speeding along a utility road trying to get to the airport and prevent a plane from taking off. They come across a closed steel gate in their way. They speed up the SUV and crash through the gate, and they get through as the gate breaks into many pieces. When their car gets to the airport we can see the SUV and there is not even a scratch on it.

Tests - S1-E3

Other mistake: In the credits for "Tests," the "created by" credits for the characters of Anarchy and Katana are swapped: Mike W. Barr and Jim Aparo are erroneously credited for creating Anarchy (when in fact they created Katana as part of the comic "Batman and the Outsiders" in 1983), while Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle are incorrectly credited for creating Katana. (Grant and Breyfogle created Anarchy in issues of "Detective Comics" from 1989.)

Heroes and Villains - S1-E6

Other mistake: When Turbo-Jet steals the book, it is inside a glass case. Peter arrives, kicks him in the head and he drops the book. When the book lands on the ground, the glass case the book was inside shatters, causing pieces of glass to land on the ground, surrounding the book. A couple of seconds later, when Peter picks up the book, there doesn't appear to be any glass on the ground underneath the book, even though it wouldn't have been able to go anywhere else. Stacey Takes a Stand - S1-E12

Other mistake: We know the girls all go to school together, but when they are walking home in the opening scene, they all meet up coming from different directions.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: They don't approach from very different directions. All of them are still basically in the same area of lawn and trees. This is possible depending on what they do after exiting the school building. Maybe someone walked in another direction so they could briefly talk to other friends, etc.
