Fragged - S2-E3

Other mistake: In the CIC, Tigh challenges Apollo and asks why he isn't in the brig. Shortly after Apollo begins to explain the plan for the search and rescue of the Raptor downed on Kobol. He refers to it as "Raptor 3" when it is Raptor 1 they are looking for. Raptor 3 was destroyed when they first jumped to Kobol, Raptor 2 escaped back to Galactica, and 1 fell to Kobol. The Raptor on Kobol is referred to as Raptor 1 throughout the rest of the episode and on preceding episodes.

Winner Take All - S2-E9

Other mistake: Beast Boy and Wildebeest fight in a cage suspended in an endless room, with no solid ground underneath. For instance, watch Beast Boy's feet when he turns into a skunk.

Exodus: Part 1 - S3-E25

Other mistake: In the scene where Raphael and Michelangelo report from their ceiling vantage point, we see a hallway full of Foot ninjas. Strangely, we can see a brief shot of an Earth Protection Force trooper walking peacefully among amongst the Foot even though they are hostile to them. (00:07:50)

Show generally

Other mistake: Near the end of the movie, we can see that the walls of Troy have suffered heavy damage from siege equipment, probably catapults. Yet in the entire film, we don't see any siege engines. The Greeks haven't brought any on their ships, we don't see them make any in their beach camp and they don't have any with them when they try to storm the city. There's simply no indication that the Greeks have ever had or used siege equipment.
