Revealing mistake: When the HIVE Five exit the museum and are intercepted by Kid Flash, Mammoth loses both his pants and the artifacts he has before KF whizzes past him. It's best seen in slow motion; at normal speed this mistake is hard to catch.
The Resurrection of Joe November - S3-E24
Revealing mistake: Stock footage used for the Mardi Gras scenes shows a crowd dressed in 20th Century clothing.
Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)
Revealing mistake: When the channel 6 crew member is telling April they should go, his hand disappears for a frame.
Revealing mistake: Multiple times when we see the speedometer of the minivan, the RPMs aren't moving. The car's shifter is also noticeably in park. This is obvious as its higher, whereas if were in drive, it would be lower. Even during the most intense moments, the RPMs never change. The car is obviously being towed by a camera vehicle.
Split Second - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: Shortly after Kiera drives the van past the train tracks, we see a few different shots of Travis and Carlos fighting. In a couple of quick shots, Travis' stunt double can be seen. (00:13:00)

Revealing mistake: When Iron Man tells MODOK that his wife is waiting to see him, MODOK's nose and a section of his headband are briefly missing from his face. (00:19:49)
Chapter 7: In the Name of Honor - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: When the big battle starts, Boba and Mando appear using their jet packs. As Boba lands with one foot forwards, sand is thrown up into the air, but the sand is a special effect coming from about a metre in front of Boba, not from the foot itself. The result is very unconvincing.
Revealing mistake: Whenever the newspaper Josh is shown at the beginning appears, the news story consists of a paragraph that repeats itself.
Winds of War - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: When the widow is bandaging the fighter pilot, the part of bandage she is wrapping appears and disappears during the animation - when her hand movies, instead of adding new layers of bandage, the army causes the green sleeve of the space suit to flash back in view. (00:20:10)
Surf'N Turf/Hardcase Returns - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: In "Hardcase Returns" Skidmark uses a digital phone to track a GPS device installed on Turbo's parade car. When the keypad on it is shown, 3 letters are missing. They could have been on the keys that had nothing written on them, but we will never know for sure because nothing is on them.
Revealing mistake: When Major Popov aims the rocket launcher at the Venus probe, there is no rocket in the launcher- it is just an empty tube.
Revealing mistake: When the sniper is aiming at Swagger and the soldier through the window, a woman walks in and notices him. He shoots her and she falls. The problem is, he shoots at nothing. She simply turns her head and acts like she got hit. There's no indication a bullet even hit her.
Revealing mistake: When Caleb arrives, as he's talking to Billaba and Grey, his Padawan braid clips through his cloak as it sways back and forth. (00:02:05)
Revealing mistake: When the protagonist and Uncle Six battle on top of the escalator, Six gets thrown off, landing downstairs. Very much like a pro wrestling Irish whip, it's quite noticeable how the victim is running towards the move before he gets pulled, with a cut to try to hide the lack of any push from the other hand or forceful twist. Revealing mistake: During the final battle there is a dual between Julius Caesar and Gannicus. At one point Gannicus spins Ceasar around and he is shown to wear modern day underwear.
Revealing mistake: Jamie prepares to split a giant heavy log in two, with her bionic arm, so that it will fit into her fireplace. Just as her arm comes down, you can see the middle seam where the log was pre-cut for the shot, so that it easily breaks in two. (00:00:30)
Revealing mistake: When Agatha's apparent nemesis makes her grand entrance, blasting the front door open, the powerless witch gets thrown against the closet door. The face of Kathryn Hahn's stunt double is fully visible before the camera cuts away to show the fall. (00:30:45)
