Revealing mistake: In the flashback of the scientists' fate on the planet of Death, the sole survivor manages to run away and avoid the ray of "Belfagore" (which is just a big flashlight). Problem is, he does not; before hitting Bending behind him, the beam fully lit up his back, but he suffers no adverse consequences, no dropping dead for Jefvus. (00:06:40)

Revealing mistake: When Rhodey is approaching Tony on his yacht, if you watch carefully, you can see that Rhodey appears out of thin air.

Revealing mistake: Will and Frankie are in a boat. In the first wide shot the boat is going rather slowly, in the next shot they are speeding many times faster, and the shot is erratic, showing that the action was speeded up. (00:02:05)

Revealing mistake: The VTOL hits Bemular with two missiles the second time that Hayata makes him come out of the water. The second missile causes an explosion with the special effect applied in the wrong spot, a spot in the back of the monster that is practically the opposite of the direction in the line of shot. Revealing mistake: About 20 minutes in, the cops have a newspaper with the headline about the two guys they killed. They turn to page two which has a story about the next guy they are planning to kill. If you look at the picture, it is glued onto the story page. The left side is lifted. The actor must have been hired after the printing.
Revealing mistake: Jigen is checking out a magazine after Lupin accepted the mission from Brozzi. The article under the picture is a real article (including real names) that talks about a different kind of story (high level corruption and permits), even if at least it is about Mafia, which fits the episode's theme. Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)

Revealing mistake: When the HIVE Five exit the museum and are intercepted by Kid Flash, Mammoth loses both his pants and the artifacts he has before KF whizzes past him. It's best seen in slow motion; at normal speed this mistake is hard to catch.
Deathfist 5: Major Crimes Unit - S2-E15
Revealing mistake: There's a stunt featuring two-way too obvious body doubles for Kelly Hu and Gretchen Egolf rolling over a table; not only the stunt itself is rather underwhelming and blatant, but also the objects on the table disappear just so the two can perform it.
Revealing mistake: Multiple times when we see the speedometer of the minivan, the RPMs aren't moving. The car's shifter is also noticeably in park. This is obvious as its higher, whereas if were in drive, it would be lower. Even during the most intense moments, the RPMs never change. The car is obviously being towed by a camera vehicle.
Revealing mistake: When the channel 6 crew member is telling April they should go, his hand disappears for a frame.
Return of the Fighting 69th - S1-E6
Revealing mistake: Before Roxanne Trent hits the box, it is possible to see that her hand is normal, not iron. (00:17:01)
Chapter 7: In the Name of Honor - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: When the big battle starts, Boba and Mando appear using their jet packs. As Boba lands with one foot forwards, sand is thrown up into the air, but the sand is a special effect coming from about a metre in front of Boba, not from the foot itself. The result is very unconvincing.
Revealing mistake: Whenever the newspaper Josh is shown at the beginning appears, the news story consists of a paragraph that repeats itself.
Split Second - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: Shortly after Kiera drives the van past the train tracks, we see a few different shots of Travis and Carlos fighting. In a couple of quick shots, Travis' stunt double can be seen. (00:13:00)
