Character mistake: When Adams is chewing out Altaira for flirting with his crew, he says that he is "in command of 18 perfect physical specimens." With him, that would make for a total crew of 19 on the C57-D. But the complete cast only shows 18 names, including Walter Pidgeon as Morbius and Anne Francis as Alta. (And discounting Robby and his human handlers). Thus it would seem Adams is off by three. He has only 15 under his command. I've tried counting them when they're in group shots, but can't see everyone.

Character mistake: When Erin pops Stay Puft, the girls get up. One of the girls says "welcome back" to Erin. She didn't leave the group.

Character mistake: When Raphael is chasing Casey Jones after their fight he vaults over a taxi hood, never takes his eyes off Casey, but he somehow loses him.
Suggested correction: 2 things are happening; a shell backed stocky Raphael is chasing a lighter human athlete Casey. Casey has freedom of movement, whereas Raphael can't stray much from the shadows in hiding. :-) A knocked out Casey wouldn't be helping the Turtles out of the next evening with that memorable entry so I'm glad Raph lost the chase.

Character mistake: When Agent Carver is convincing Kira she's an agent and volunteered for the experiment, her badge reads Kira Hollis, but the end credits her name is Kira Houston.

Character mistake: Namibia was said to be in West Africa. Namibia is in Southern Africa.
Character mistake: The professor identifies the "sea monsters" as plesiosaurs from the Pleistocene. Plesiosaurs became extinct at the end of the age of dinosaurs, nearly 60 million years before the Pleistocene. Of course, the Loch Ness Monster might be an exception.

Character mistake: Chris explains about the APV being behind the door and specifically states it has 16 wheels. When we see the APV it has 4 wheels on each side. Meaning 8 in total. For it to have 16 wheels as stated, all the wheels will have to be doubled up. However its clear that at least 2 separate wheels are single. Since Chris is right with everything else he has said in regards to the prison, there's no reason he would be wrong about this one thing. (00:56:00)

Character mistake: During the scene with Kirk and Khan "space-flying" over to the Vengence, Bones loudly tells Kirk that he's "off course", with Karl Urban mistakenly falling into his New Zealand accent when saying "course."

Character mistake: At the beginning of the film, the British radar-man says it's moving at 4,000 mph. Then says it must be a Buzzbomb. As a British radar man, he'd know that the Buzzbomb, or V1 rocket, only flew at 360 mph - 75% were shot down by the RAF.

Character mistake: When the little girl is about to be blown away by the tornado she is crying terrified, but when she is swallowed by the tornado, spinning around violently, she stays totally calm, even bored. (Laserdisc and international extended editions).

Character mistake: At the psychiatric ward, Ray says that Vigo is a XVII century tyrant; it's not a very fitting way to describe him, since he saw the XVII century for just a decade; as the book mentioned, he lived from 1505 to 1610 and was the scourge of Carpathia for the XVI century. (01:16:15)
Suggested correction: Not a mistake, Vigo was a tyrant in the 16th and 17th centuries, Ray chose to label him a 17th century tyrant because that's the century he died in. It would be like calling Osama bin Laden a 21st century terrorist, which is correct, even though he also committed terrorist acts in the 20th century.

Character mistake: The word "Aries" is misspelled as "Aires" during the scene of the scientists being briefed on the upcoming cloning project.

Character mistake: When Burt, Ernie and Spider go into the hall after questioning the zombie Burt says his own name instead of Ernie or Spider.

Character mistake: Given Billy still remembered and recognized him it seems strange Kate doesn't when she mistakes Daffy for Gizmo.
Suggested correction: Billy spent significantly more time bonding with Gizmo in the first movie - days and days. By contrast Kate had very little actual time with him.

Character mistake: We see the lead driving on the motorway to get to the cottage. She leaves at junction 6 for Princes Risborough. Which means she is on the M40 that goes to Birmingham. When she arrives the host asks about the drive down and mentions the M4. This is a different road entirely, that goes to Swansea.

Character mistake: A priest is holding a globe with a fire to light the globes carried by others. There are two lines with globes approaching the man with the lit globe. The first person in the line from the right has trouble lighting their globe. She starts to return for a second try, but apparently thinks better of it and continues on with the unlit globe.

Character mistake: In the opening credits, the actor Art LaFleur, correctly credited as such in the end credits, appears as "Art Le Fleur" (00:01:00 - 01:15:50)

Character mistake: They keep calling the vehicle a milk truck but it says "ice cream" on it. (00:23:55)

Character mistake: Jill states that a 5 kiloton nuclear weapon will sanitise the city, however, such a yield is far too small to destroy the city. (00:42:00)

Character mistake: Pygar says to Barbarella, "An angel has no memory." If that's true, how does he recognise Barbarella's touch, her name, his name, his nest, everything?
