Visible crew/equipment: In a scene not too long after Tom Cruise attempts to revive a hooker who has OD'd, he is speaking with an older gentleman. The three are in a bathroom and the hooker is passed out on a chair. One of the shower or light fixtures toward the left of the screen is shiny, and in a shot during which the camera briefly tracks in reverse, you can see the camera, cameraman and the focus puller reflected. It's pretty clear and not all that fast.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the film after Depp leaves the castle after shooting Balkin and gets into his car you can see a crew member in the side view mirror as Depp opens and closes the driver side door.
Visible crew/equipment: After Patricia Arquette has another attack in a nightclub, she runs down an alleyway, pursued by Gabriel Byrne. As she stands cornered, you can see the boom mike overhead in several shots.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bartleby and Loki are walking through the airport terminal, there are several poster frames on the wall in the background. In one of the highly reflective poster frames we can see the camera crew.
Visible crew/equipment: Look carefully as Dutch and Kay are walking down the street in Miami. On the ground, you can see the track on which the camera is rolling.
Visible crew/equipment: At the time when they get lost and stumble back to the river and the log, and Heather says "No, it can't be the same log", look across the river. There is someone standing there clad in white, and all three of them are standing on the same side of the river...
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film, when the Dudley's arrive, Mr. Dudley opens his door, and in the far right of the door window, a crewmembers head is reflected.
Visible crew/equipment: Right after Anton's hand kills Mick, Pnub runs for the front door and manages to opens it a bit, but the hand slams it closed. During the brief moment that the door is open, you can see a light stand right outside on the porch.
