Bug: In the Mars Lighthouse, in the same room you defeat the Flame Dragons in, return after you have defeated the Flame Dragons and fire off the cannon. A crack will appear where the ice was, even though there is no ice.
Other mistake: In the Repton 3 and Repton 4 portions of the game, if you are killed by a spirit or fungus while taking a diamond, the game doesn't give you the 5 points for that diamond. On the Repton 3 screens this means you cannot complete the level.
Continuity mistake: When you are romancing a governor's daughter, and the city she lives in is captured by another nation, a new governor with his daughter is installed. This new girl looks completely different from your old romance (and her father is a completely different person), but she nonetheless remembers you. You are still at the same stage in your relationship, even if the girl has never met you before. You can even (for instance) rescue a blonde Dutch woman from her captors, and end up returning with a black-haired Spanish girl.
Factual error: In the level St. Francis' Folly, which plays in Greece, there are 4 rooms that are supposed to be connected to Greek mythology. The rooms are called 'Neptune', 'Atlas', 'Damocles' and 'Thor'. However, Thor is actually a Nordic God and Neptune is a Roman God.
Continuity mistake: When Bernard talks to Green Tentacle after releasing him, he asks about the bowling ball in the room. Green Tentacle says that Purple Tentacle brought it in after he grew arms. In the final part of the game, the player has to get the bowling ball and use it. However, this part is set BEFORE Purple Tentacle grows arms.
Bug: If you sprint forward, and then suddenly go backwards while pressing the button to crouch, the character should stay floating in the air somehow. You will move in slow motion, and when you reload, the character won't move a muscle.
Bug: In the England level when Alister and Zip are kidnapped, you can still hear Alister expressing his amazement over the headset when you perform a somersault.
Bug: When you get to the first downed life pod on the second level, if you park the warthog right at the top of the hill and get in the turret, when you look at the big structure, the landscape will change to a snow-covered hill that is a landscape from another level.
Other mistake: In the opening credits Billy's name is misspelled as Bimmy. Bimmy and Jimmy, instead of Billy and Jimmy.
Continuity mistake: When there are zombies in the lift in the later stages of the game, if you clear it out then close and open the door, the lift will fill again before it has time to visit another floor.
Continuity mistake: No matter what weapon you are holding before a cut scene appears, the cut scene will always show a pistol, even if you were holding a rifle.
Continuity mistake: In Act 2 when you reach the checkpoint with all the stranded, just before the cut scene plays the residents disappear.
Bug: If you are driving the steam train, it is impossible to let the fire burn out completely (even if you let the 'Fire Mass' gauge on the HUD go completely to 0) as smoke still emits from the smoke stack.
Bug: In the castle mission (not the one with zombies and dogs) when you go through a big door there is a helmet at the end of the room. Go behind it, and you can see through the walls.
Other mistake: Not a mistake with the game but a mistake with the booklet. In the "History" section, it says Chris and Jill defeated T.A.L.O.S. in 2002, when in the game, and in RE: The Umbrella Chronicles, it's established that they defeated him in 2003.
Other mistake: The main character somehow finds Richard Aiken in a corridor that is locked with the armour key. The key is at the other end of the mansion so how did he get into the corridor without breaking the door down?
Continuity mistake: At the end of episode five, Luke has had his hand cut off by Darth Vader. When he falls into the Millennium Falcon, if you look very closely, he still has both of his hands. In the next scene, his hand is gone again.
Continuity mistake: During the Sanctum Cay mission there is a cinematic were you hand the Scepter of Orr to Vizier Khilbron. However, before this, the vizier can be seen already holding the scepter.
Other mistake: When reloading the G3 rifle you can see that there aren't any bullets in the new magazine. Also, when firing the G36 rifle the amount of bullets in the glass magazine won't reduce visually.
Factual error: The design of Hammersmith Bridge is completely wrong as one tower is taller than the other - they should both be the same height.
