Bug: Space Construct: About two thirds of the way through the map, you come to an S shaped thin blue path that has gravity lifters turned sideways along the edges at some points. The lifters there to push you off the path if you don't hit the spot just right. Sometimes when jumping over the lifters and a high speed and landing on the path, the Spectraball will suddenly become lodged into the path, stuck through it. You can not get out and have to restart from last checkpoint.
Bug: Kashyyk Training: If you get smashed by one of the logs whilst training, you go straight through the log.
Continuity mistake: Sometime after Kara kills Todd and runs away with Alice, she is cutting off some of her hair. Later in the game, it's revealed that an android's physical appearance, from clothes to skin color and even hair is a holographic image, so there's no way Kara would have been able to cut her hair.
Suggested correction: The outer appearance isn't a hologram, but a fluid-like substance that moulds to the desired appearance. It is possible to remove some of this fluid, such as by cutting the hair.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene, The American is walking up looking around and finds a machine gun on the ground. His eyes are blue here. But a few shots later when he is on the tank and looks up, his eyes are green.
Audio problem: If it is raining, like in the Halloween event or other random storms in the game's time cycle, the audio can change in structures you're inside. But the rain follows the rules as well, like if you're in a tunnel, the rain doesn't fall inside the tunnel. However, if you get inside a bus that is in that tunnel, suddenly you'll hear the sound of rain hitting the roof of the bus, despite there not being any rain that can hit it.
Bug: A game-breaking glitch can commonly occur during the prologue, upon creating a second character. *Spoiler* After the cryogenic chamber cutscene, after being released from the chamber, you will be stuck, unable to move or use any control except for Pause. The only known fix is to turn the entire game off and then go through the cutscene again.
Factual error: On the Solar level, the other Star Fox team members only take damage from heat while they are talking. Being on the Lylat System star, they would be constantly taking heat damage just like Fox.
Factual error: Roaming the Istanbul marketplace in the prologue, the protagonist Antoinette Marceau mentions that the rugs look as if they might be able to fly "like the fabled Aladdin carpet." The association between Aladdin and the magic carpet comes from the Disney movie, it's not something a lady in the 1930s would have said.
Other mistake: Every time you retrieve a part of Dracula, the message on screen misspells the word "Possess", giving you messages such as "you now prossess Dracula's rib."
Character mistake: When Fatman begins to explain the 'party' rules, he says "If you prefer to stay in ONCE piece..." This is a spelling error, as he should have said 'ONE piece'.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the Crossroads level you are at a corner building. During the battle a tank comes and shoots at the building in which you exit the building through a doorway that had planks boarded to it. During the ending cutscene you are in the building again and in the background you can see the doorway with planks boarded to it.
Other mistake: Playing Spain in this game gives you a bonus to attack Indian villages, however, actually attacking Indian villages lowers your overall score.
Factual error: Paul Chuck talks a lot about how good Lammy's guitar is going to be, because of the wood they make it out of. However since it is an electric guitar the shape and material of the body would not actually make any difference to the sound.
Continuity mistake: When Anderson is talking to Pops, Anderson says 'Colonel'. Pop's rank is a 2nd Lt, and Razgriz/Wardog Squadron is only Captains. in fact, the only Colonel in the game is Perrault, the Base Commander on Sand Island.
Bug: When taking off in the glider with the tow-plane, if you are using the virtual cockpit view, you can see the tow-rope through the glider instrument panel.
Bug: When you get the fireball effect (when exiting the orbit or at very high speeds) if you try to turn too much with the Delta-Glider that comes with the game, after a while the ailerons (which are also the elevators) come off yet you can still pull up or pull down without any movement of the elevator (which are the ailerons and are removed) but you cannot turn at all.
Other mistake: Have a Pokémon that knows SURF in your first position. This means this Pokémon will follow you in the overworld. Then go to any place where there's water, stand next to the water, press A and answer YES to SURF. The Pokémon that is following you, will completely bypass you, and then go to the water.
Continuity mistake: When going into any level where you play as Coco, we see Crash going into the teleporter, but why would Coco be there when the level begins, as we never saw her stepping into the teleporter.
