Plot hole: In the scene at Wayne Manor where they show Harvey "Twoface" getting scarred with the acid on TV, you can see the acid cover almost his entire face before he puts the folder over to protect it. (00:24:15)

Plot hole: It's a good thing Sheldon didn't listen to Nora and change the cookie song, because if he had all the kids would still be singing Sheldon's cookie song (since they don't know about the change) thereby ruining the show without Rainbow Randolph's interference.

Plot hole: When Swayze goes through the weigh station, he is told he is exactly 80000 lbs in the US for a tandem tractor/trailer, (which is the legal limit, unless he has a permit, but unlikely to be EXACTLY that weight due to fuel burn, weight of driver, tools, etc) and sent around to have the load inspected. In 11 years of driving I have NEVER had a scalemaster inspect a load inside a dry van. Customs agents do, but not scalemasters. Also, Swayze tells the scalemaster he doesn't know why the pit bull is there, as he just picked up the trailer. That excuse wouldn't fly with an official. Finally, the way the trailer is loaded, the load would shift all over the place, probably not making 100 miles before being destroyed. (00:38:10)

Plot hole: All those years in the spy biz as U.N.C.L.E.'s very famous top agents, and Solo and Illya are still able to successfully go undercover with little or no disguise. Here, all Illya needs is a phony mustache and an even phonier accent. And of course (gotta love it), the Thrush bad guys still don't recognize him. (00:49:00)

Plot hole: Throughout the first half of the movie the focus is to locate and find David Park. It is believed this will lead them to Bragga and they can arrest him. However, later in the movie it is revealed that Letty was working with the FBI and was killed running drugs for Bragga. This means that the whole storyline to find Park was useless because they already knew how to get people inside. (00:18:55)

Plot hole: Most of the story depends on Costa coming forward as a witness; however, he would have had no reason to do this. It would only make his goal of assuming others' identities more difficult.
Suggested correction: Some serial killers try to involve themselves with the investigation, for instance famous serial killer Ed Kemper.

Plot hole: Arthur's appearance on the talk show makes hardly any sense. The show is a close port of Johnny Carson's Tonight show, for a huge audience, and yet he receives no screening at all, they put him (someone NOBODY in the staff knows the first thing about) on the air literally without a clue of what he is gonna do or say, and wearing a highly controversial costume. And, when he murders Murray, it is implied that everyone was able to see him doing that right away and he is cut 'off the air' at some point, as if the show were really live, which is preposterous for this sort of program outside of specific events (similar to how in contemporary TV "Jimmy Kimmel Live!", is not live). Even earlier when Arthur opened the letter his mom addressed to Wayne, you could hear the end credits of "Live with Murray Franklin" with the announcer saying the show is "Taped live in front of a studio audience." (00:48:00)
Suggested correction: I don't see this is a problem due to the fact that we can't be sure what really happens as apposed to what only happens in Arthur's mind. So if the whole TV show appearance is just another fantasy, he would have skipped the who screening process.
You are free to treat the whole movie as something where things don't make sense because in the fan theory of your liking it's all meant to have subtle hints that the movie is all a fantasy, but the movie does not present that particular talk show scene as a dream sequence. It'd be silly to nitpick the logic in the scene when he is picked from the audience by Murray at the beginning because it's obviously presented as nothing more than his fantasy, but his appearance on the show is what the movie built up to up to that point and is not treated as a parenthesis where logic should be suspended, nor disproven like the scenes with his girlfriend standing in.
Suggested correction: The points raised are logical in the context of our real world. However, in the film world, different rules/logic can apply, and apparently do. In the movie world, this show is live, etc. Saying that something is taped live doesn't mean that it isn't also broadcast live; the two don't have to be mutually exclusive. They could just be saying that so people don't think they use a laughter track.

Plot hole: When Carmine tells Clark about the job he wants him to do, he tells Clark to deliver a package for a "Larry London." Once at Larry's home, they are greeted by Edward, who lives with Larry. Clark and Steve introduce themselves and ask if he is Edward, to which Edward replies he is. Only problem is Edward is never mentioned by Carmine or anyone else, so how do Clark and Steve know about Edward? (00:20:00)

Plot hole: In the scene after the bank job where Charlene waves Chris off alerting him of the setup, Chris drives away and is stopped by the cops to verify who he is. He has a fake ID and they let him go. The police CLEARLY know who Chris is and what he looks likes for most of the movie but somehow, those cops don't have anything with Chris' name and face on it?

Plot hole: Even if the 30 bus passengers that were already dead had been burned up in the explosion of the building their bodies would still have been autopsied after the fact, thus proving that Phoenix had killed them beforehand and vindicated Spartan.
Suggested correction: Considering a building fell on the bodies it would be extremely hard to determine the actual cause of death. Phoenix also could have killed them in a way that doesn't easily show in an autopsy, like asphyxiation.
True, but why would they take the word of a known murdering kingpin over a police officer that while may not do things by the book, has always been for the greater good? It just seems way too far fetched.
The lack of soot and other ignition debris in the lungs and tracheas of the dead bodies would have immediately told the pathologists and coroners who examined the bodies that the hostages were dead before the building was destroyed by an explosion supposedly set off by John Spartan. It doesn't matter how badly mangled the bodies were - a tissue sample no bigger than your little finger would have told them everything they needed to know. John Spartan did not commit manslaughter.

Plot hole: Hayes continues his harassment by calling the police and provokes Drake into assaulting him. When the police come and sees Hayes injured, they take Drake away immediately without asking any questions or investigating. No law authorities would ever take away someone with mere assumptions or without investigating, regardless of a history of Drake trying to force Hayes out by shutting off the utilities. Completely unrealistic.

Plot hole: When they are investigating the small box that was pulled out of the trunk of the car, the one with the doll, shouldn't they be wearing more protection? They are only wearing protection for their legs.

Plot hole: Spoiler Warning. It turns out that Dan Merrick is actually Jack Stanton after a whole lot of reconstructive surgery to make him look like Dan Merrick. Everything is believable except that he has Dan Merrick's voice as well. He should have Jack Stanton's voice.

Plot hole: When Ray reprimands Barry for having a public (deadly) fight with Freddy, Ray goes back to his car and drives it forward to hint that Barry should take his fight elsewhere. This all happens in the three seconds it takes for Barry to thank Darcy for his help. Ray's car must have already been started, and Ray would have been the fastest man on earth to make that action in the shortest space of time.

Plot hole: When Juliet and David spend some money, they are seen watching a tape of the footage they filmed with a new camcorder. When Alex is in the bath, we see him with the camcorder (it is not a reflection in the mirror) - where did the second one come from?

Plot hole: There is a guard stationed in the time lock vault without oxygen. Also, if the vault was supposed to be that secure, why were there simple bars protecting the back entrance?

Plot hole: The Death Note that Misa brings to L headquarters is supposed to be fake, but when Light touches it he can see the Shinigami Ryuk.
Suggested correction: Light saw Ryuk after he tried writing a name down in the piece of the notebook hidden in his watch. Since he touched that piece, it makes perfect sense he would see Ryuk as that piece was originally part of Ryuk's death note and wasn't swapped by L.

Plot hole: When they were on the boat fighting, the girl that got shot in the head would be moving instead of just lying there.
