Robin Hood picture

Factual error: The type of hanging equipment they have when they are about to hang the monk wasn't used until the 19th century, while the third crusade which King Richard is out fighting was in the 12th century.

Toy Story 4 picture Video

Factual error: In the antique shop, Woody is at a point where he's at the center of a tug-o-war between two sides, with the "bad toys" pulling on his draw string for his voice box. The voice box can still be heard spouting its lines, despite the fact that the tension on the string is never released allowing it to draw the string back in, which is what makes the sound. It can't make it's sounds with the string continually out in the pulled position.

Teen Titans: Trouble In Tokyo picture

Factual error: Throughout the film, most Japanese words are spelled in Katakana. In real-life Japanese, however, Katakana is exclusively used for foreign words adopted into Japanese language, like 'table', 'television' (mostly it is abbreviated to 'telebi') and 'racing car'. But in the film, even indiginous Japanese words such as 'samurai' are spelled in Katakana, not - as they should be - in Hiragana (the syllable system used for native words).

Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero picture

Factual error: The plot revolves on finding a matching organ compatible with Nora. Practically the only issue presented about it is the blood type compatibility, so let's go by that logic. In a misconception happening in so many works of fiction, the fact that she is an AB - is listed as a terrible problem because of how rare it is. It is indeed the rarest blood type in most parts of the world, but it's also the universal receiver and compatible with every other group.

Tangled picture

Factual error: Sailing ships in harbor always have their sails furled and stowed, not set. All the ships in the city's harbor have their sails set. Would never happen.

Batman: Hush picture

Factual error: It's a superhero movie, but the human Catwoman escapes Batman by jumping off the building, onto a train moving at full speed, in a fall that is shown taking at least 10 floors (first shot, she is still upside down) + another 10 (when she flips so she can land on her feet). Over twenty floors of casual, unassisted freefall jump feel a little over the top already, and again, it's on the top of a moving train, that alone should be impossible to happen the way it does here, not affected by the lateral speed of the train at all. Bon Voyage, Charlie Brown (and Don't Come Back!!) picture

Belle picture

Factual error: All Arabic texts in the film suffer from wrong directional rendering. Arabic is a right-to-left language. Its letters have different joined and disjoined forms. The film, however, has rendered Arabic texts from left to right in disjoined letters. These texts aren't semantically wrong, though. For example, deciphering the Arabic message at 0:40:45 point gives "أليس "التنين فنان؟ Translation: "Isn't the Dragon an artist?" The film has even adopted a good font for them.

Antz picture

Factual error: Even if he was falling hard, Mandible still would've survived hitting the overturned root, as ants do not have much body mass.

Lightyear picture

Factual error: The film gets basic physics wrong while trying to depict relativity. Buzz Lightyear leaves T'Kani Prime for a trip around its sun, travels with near-light speed, and returns four years later. This could only have happened if T'Kani Prime's sun were at least two lightyears away! It gets more ridiculous. Buzz's last trip takes 26 years, even though he has traveled at faster-than-light speed. Overall, T'Kani Prime is experiencing either a mysterious time slow-down or a rapid orbit expansion.
