Visible crew/equipment: At the surrender of the fort, as the English are marching out, Monroe, says "The fort is yours, Monsieur." Right as he speaks, look between the two horses' heads. In the distant valley you can see what are either two tourist busses or perhaps mobile catering vans. (01:05:40)

Visible crew/equipment: Ursa throws the sewer lid at Superman sending him flying backwards into the car windshield. Watch the sewer lid carefully when Superman actually hits the windshield. You can see that the sewer lid was actually attached to a belt around his waist so that it would stay in place for the shots where he is flying backward through the air. (01:39:50)

Suggested correction: You never see anyone walk by. It's only him and his friend Jason. It's also very dark in the hallways so may have been a shadow.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ardeth, Rick and Evie arrive at the first city where Imhotep took their son, Evie is walking through the hall where she had the vision of fighting with Anuk-Sun-Amun in her previous life. As she's walking past/behind a column, you can see someone's head and shoulder poking out from the back side of the column. (01:14:57)

Visible crew/equipment: Aboard the Jolly Roger after Smee jumps overboard, Peter flies up to catch his sword and a pirate who yells, "I got him!" grabs hold of Peter's ankle. When Peter flies off in the wide shot, as the pirate holds his leg, he passes the mast and not only are the four wires attached to Peter's backside pleasingly visible while he flies, the two wires at the pirate's shoulders are visible as well. Visible crew/equipment: When Caspian enters Miraz's room at night during the castle raid, there is one shot where Caspian is standing over Miraz in bed. The shadow of a camera is visible on Caspian's shoulder.
Visible crew/equipment: Watch for the boom when the cigar girl's Volvo boat swipes the building. It's on the top left of the screen on the widescreen version.
Visible crew/equipment: During the briefing Weyland says "But it's not on the ice, it's two thousand feet below it" it cuts to a shot behind Maxwell with an overview shot of the crew. If you look behind Maxwell you can see the tip of a head moving into picture. In the previous shot we could see no one was standing behind Maxwell, and it couldn't be Sebastian cause he went back to his seat. (00:07:55)
Visible crew/equipment: After Arthur drinks from the Grail and goes to visit Gwinevere at the convent and she gives him the sword back, he paces around her chamber- you can clearly see the film crew reflected in his armor.
