Corrected entry: When Mikayla is tied up by the Tarantula People, the rope is only around her upper arms with the knot in front. Since her hands were free to move around as we saw when she was talking, a warrior as skilled as her should have been able to untie herself and escape.

Visible crew/equipment: When the twins are tied up in Pupaley's cave, just as they get on their knees and beg to be let go, the hand of a crew member holding the end of the rope is visible at the right of the screen. (00:19:25)
Question: Was it ever revealed where Mikayla's mother is? She was never seen on the show.
Answer: No. Although Mikayla and Mason occasionally referred to the mother, her whereabouts were never revealed.
