Continuity mistake: When Juan walks into the bar, he sets his hat flat on the bar counter. But in later shots, the hat is sitting on the edge of the bar railing. Most noticeable when he and Tortuga leave the bar.

Continuity mistake: When Walter takes Junior home from school, at first there are no shadows or sun hitting the ground in front of the garage. In the next shot the sun appears.
Audio problem: When Walt yells at Jesse through the lab's entrance door, the sound is very muffled, as if the door is a major insulator of sound. However, later, when Jesse yells at Walt through the same door, the sound is much clearer, and hardly muffled at all. (00:22:15 - 00:23:55)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Walter took his son from the school and parks his car in front of their house (before the pizza scene), you can see the camera mounted on a crane while filming the scene reflected on the car's windscreen.

Continuity mistake: When Jesse and Andrea are making out on the couch, they discuss having a bear. And she mentions she's cleaned out of anything else. During this sentence, they are positioned where Jesse is leaning forward looking down at her. But mid sentence there is a cut, and suddenly he's leaning his head back with her looking down at him.
Audio problem: After Walt Jr and Skylar leave the room, Marie starts to leave. The camera is focused on Hank once she walks off screen and you can hear the sound of the door closing behind her. It then cuts to showing her suddenly just getting to the door and opening it to walk out.

Continuity mistake: As Saul is trying to explain to Jesse that he needs to launder his money and is trying to get him to buy the nail salon, Jesse says he's not going to and is looking right at him. Continuity mistake: Walt asks Gale to recite the poem he mentions, which Gale does, reluctantly. When he starts the first line, the camera is behind him and he lifts his head to look up at Walt straight in the eyes. When the camera cuts back to a shot of his face, he's suddenly looking down again.
Green Light - S3-E4

Continuity mistake: Walt is driving down a deserted road singing "A Horse with No Name." You can see the roadway behind him through the hole in the headrest. At first, the road is empty. But then a white vehicle quickly approaches. The camera angle changes and there are no vehicles behind him, but a police car coming from the opposite direction passes and makes a u-turn. When the camera angle is back inside Walt's car, the white vehicle turns out to be the police car that just made a u-turn. (00:01:00)
