Continuity mistake: When Emilio's body crashes through the ceiling and lands on the downstairs floor, there is one huge chunk of carcass that lands on the floor in one piece. When the remnants of the body are shown from a different angle, they have been replaced with numerous, smaller chunks. (00:45:30)

Continuity mistake: Ted is in his house with Saul Goodman's men. When he beats his head on the furniture after he stumbled on the carpet in attempt to escape and passes out, his legs change position in two different angles shots.
Continuity mistake: At the start, Badger is on a bench talking to another guy. In the background there are people walking around in a park behind them that keep teleporting around or walking through multiple times from the same direction between cuts.
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gus starts to walk away from where he killed Victor, he drops the Box Cutter, and we see it landing. However, after a cut to the next shot, its position has changed. It is no longer sitting on the line in the floor, and it is pointing 180° in the other direction. We can also see from Walt's shadow that the Box Cutter has moved quite a bit further away from Walt. Character mistake: The actor that plays Walter Jr. is laughing in the scene where they confront Walter about treatment. Hank is reaching for items from the cheese plate and RJ Mitte is trying to hide his laughter. (00:25:30)

Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
