Continuity mistake: When Danno talks about tennis and is interrupted by his daughter he tells her "You're supposed to be paying attention" with the foam hand at the side of her head, which disappears at the cut. (00:01:40)

Continuity mistake: After the opening, Kono check out of the unidentified victim. In close-up his torso is fuly covered, in the wider shot his jacket is open showing bare skin between jacket and wifebeater. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: When Danny and Steve leave Joey in the shark cage, he looks at them panicked grabbing the side with the ladder, but when they take off, he's clinging to the opposite side of the cage. (00:22:35)

Continuity mistake: Dana's fiancé unzips her as instructed and tells her "God, you're beautiful" and cups her face. Cut and suddenly she has her hands on his cheeks as well. (00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: Inside Steve's office, Mary says that she would have taken anything from their dad, even disappointment,"because at least it would have been something." In that close-up, her hair is noticeably different than in the rest of the scene, much thinner over the shoulders. (00:19:45)

As Danny gives Steve the speech about the "mammal to mammal" interactions he puts his toothpick in his mouth, but it vanishes in the front view, only to be plucked back at the beginning of the next shot. Continuity mistake: In the long bickering with Steve while they kinda talk with Sofia, Danny picks up the badge the Steve put on the table, put it down before the cut talking about bad relationship decisions, but in the next shot he's gesturing again with the badge. (00:23:10)

Continuity mistake: When Danny shows the picture with Dana and Craig to Sofia, his hand moves from the top of the picture to the side, and the left arm changes position as well, since his hand was off the table, and now it is on it. (00:23:45)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the surfers are in the bay to spread Ian's ashes. Ben lets go of Kono's hand and is handed the urn with the ashes by the man to his right. He removes the lid of the urn and hands only the lid back. Yet in the overhead shot immediately following, the urn is back on the board of the man to Ben's right, and there is nothing on Ben's board. He's holding Kono's hand again. In the next shot, he is tipping the ashes from the urn.

Question: Why did Tommy chase after Kelly with a loaded weapon in his hand towards the police after she ran from his car towards them? Common sense would have said that to do so meant the police would have no choice but to shoot to kill.
