Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode when Sarah is put in the police car, she falls onto her side. In the next shot, she's sitting up straight, with no time to move. (00:01:20)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As the FBI agent shows his ID to Dixon, it is in his right hand, the badge end up. He holds a folder in his left hand. The camera cuts away for just a moment, then returns to show the ID in his left hand, badge to the right, and the folder is in his right hand, all without enough time to make the switches. Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When the detective is updating Sarah Connor's wanted page, it shows her height as 5' 4". In the next scene, when the Terminator finds a match in the FBI database, her height shows up as 5' 5". (00:11:40)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As Cromartie is approaching the Dyson home, he carries an automatic rifle with his right arm. As he makes a turn toward the left, he lowers the rifle down to his side, pointing it at the ground. He hears a car start and an instant camera angle change shows the rifle is still pointed forward and upward, not down, with no time for the change. (00:32:55)

Character mistake: In the first scene with Cameron after she walks away from John next to the lockers, there's a poster on a wall to the left. It contains the word "guidance" misspelled as "guidence".

Gnothi Seauton - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Sarah throws Cameron out of the window after the rigged safe deactivates her, she lands on the roof of a car at the bottom with her legs straight, arms straight at a diagonal angle and her head looking straight up. But four shots later, she is lying on the car with her legs bent over the roof, her arms at a horizontal angle and her head looking to the left.

Continuity mistake: After Sarah lies to get Cameron away from the cop, the collar on Cameron's jacket is folded forwards over her neck as she walks down the alley with Sarah. She then tells Sarah that it's 13 miles to walk home and that they need another car. In the following shot, her collar is folded back towards her shoulders.

Other mistake: When the guy that has the Terminator's head confronts the Terminator who's wearing a helmet and Chet's jacket, there's a close up of the jacket, and we see the shirt buttoned up and you see the bottom part of the helmet. When he flips up the visor and the camera pans down, the shirt is now opened up to reveal the metal body with Chet's head just stuck on top of it. But we should have already seen the metal body in the first close up shot.

Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: As Cameron is questioned about the girl that commited suicide, the interviewer holds a photo of one of the mostly-black posters. When we see his view of the photo, the white letters spell 'DAN', but before and after that shot, when we see his face, we can see through the photo, and it only reads 'A', which is a different poster seen earlier in the same episode. Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Character mistake: When Dixon arrives to find Derek lying on the table with a serious gunshot wound to the chest, he immediately begins giving Derek chest compressions - without doing even the most basic assessment of Deker's condition, verifying whether he is breathing or even has a pulse. Dixon is a trained Emergency Medical Technician, not a passing samaritan. His error is against the most basic rules of his profession. (00:40:10)

Vick's Chip (1) - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: When Sarah, John, Cameron and Derek go looking for Barbara Chamberlain's body, they stumble upon Jessica Peck's body instead. Derek reads her ID and says, "Who the hell's Jessica Peck?" Cameron then says, "A threat to Skynet." As she says this, her hair is partially covering her right eye. But in the next shot it's tucked back behind her ear.

What He Beheld (2) - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Derek shows John his past self playing baseball with Kyle Reese, Derek hits the ball towards John, John picks it up and then gives it to Kyle. As Derek hits the ball towards John, he is holding the bat at an upwards angle towards the right. But in the next shot of him, he is holding the bat at a downwards angle towards the left. The ball also travels in the opposite direction to what it did previously.

Visible crew/equipment: When Charley arrives at the apartment complex in his ambulance after Cromartie kills all the SWAT officers and throws them into the swimming pool, a camera and a cameraman are reflected in the ambulance's left wing mirror as he gets out.

Continuity mistake: When John gives Kyle Reese his baseball back, Kyle is wearing a baseball glove on his left hand. As Kyle takes the ball from John however, it disappears from his left hand only to return instantly several shots later.

Visible crew/equipment: After Cromartie lets Agent Ellison go after killing all the SWAT officers, there is an overhead shot of the swimming pool. Next to the SWAT officer closest to/behind Cromartie, a hand emerges from the pool. The shot immediately then cuts to a close up of Cromartie.

Continuity mistake: When we see all the SWAT officers lying dead in the swimming pool, there is blood coming from one, maybe two of the SWAT officers. But after Cromartie leaves, there is a noticeable increase in the amount of blood.

Trivia: Cameron meets a prototype robot that smiles and waves at her in in the exhibition outside the chess tournament. Briefly visible on its control screen, alongside basic commands, is the word "BladeRunner", a reference to the classic sci-fi film which also features a dystopian future populated by humanoid robots.
