Audio problem: As Gilligan is carrying Kona, there is an earthquake and coconuts fall on him. However there is the sound of eight hits, but only four hit him. Also, there's the sound of a hit, but there's no coconut near him.
Continuity mistake: After the earthquake the skipper is holding the idol with both hands. The shot changes and only one hand is holding the idol.
Revealing mistake: As the gale force wind lifts Gilligan, you can see the outline of the harness under his clothes and can make out the wires holding him up.
Other mistake: Ginger keeps hoping that the play will help her be discovered. But according to what we know, she's already a famous movie star.

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode when Ginger comes out of the hut the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the hut.

Continuity mistake: When the Skipper squeezes Gilligan to get rid of the helium, in one shot the Skipper's hat is on, and in the other it is not.

Continuity mistake: As the women are packing up to move out, Mr. Howell says he and Lovey have been married for nineteen years. As the men are trying to get to sleep, he says they were married twenty-two years.
Big Man on a Little Stick - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: As the Professor sends Duke off, he gives the island's position as 110° Latitude, 10° Longitude. In "X Marks the Spot" (S1: E: 19), the position is given as 140° Latitude, 10° Longitude.
Other mistake: As the Skipper is on the ground under the tree waiting for Ginger to get Gilligan, the headhunter is crawling behind him. You can see some smoke in the lower left corner, likely cigarette smoke from a crew member.
Other mistake: When the headhunter is about to chop a tree Gilligan is behind, he yells. The actor has metal fillings in his teeth. Headhunters would not likely have a dentist.

Other mistake: As the plane taxis in, there are tracks from the wheels in the sand prior to the plane's entry into the scene, showing a previous take.
Other mistake: As Mary Ann pedals to power the sewing machine, the bobbin only clicks back and forth, giving the illusion of real movement.
Revealing mistake: When Mr. Howell and the Professor are thrown by Gilligan and the Skipper, during the struggle you can see Gilligan flying in from the right side. But it can easily see that it is a dummy in Gilligan's clothes.
They're Off and Running - S1-E29
Other mistake: In several shots during the first turtle race, Gilligan is inexplicably wearing a wedding band (Bob Denver was married to his first wife at the time and forgot to remove it). (00:01:00 - 00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: At the end after Gilligan pretends to throw away the Eye of the Idol, everyone gets up to look for it. As the Professor gets up, Gilligan gestures to him. In the next second, his arms are on the table.

Continuity mistake: We see a shot of the outside of Ginger's hut when she and the Skipper are first planning for the beauty contest. The door to the hut has a window in it and we can see the Skipper's hand leaning on the sill. We cut inside and suddenly Ginger is by the door and the window has vanished.

Continuity mistake: They used a standard electric phonograph. Later on, the phonograph is a bamboo and wood device with a ship's wheel as the turntable. It had to be cranked like the old Victrolas to work.
Answer: Hungarian-to-English translation aside, Erika's log-book entries were utterly meaningless. When the radio interviewer expresses confusion, Erika even reads entries from the log: "You take a left at a big, beautiful, pink tropical flower, then pull over and park," and "After the storm, we backed up and made a U-turn," etc. Her directions were scatterbrained, to put it nicely. Additionally, Erika's yacht was forced to leave the island during a tropical storm, and they lost their bearings for several days before the Navy found them. Given that Erika was such a scatterbrain, we might also assume that she didn't hire the most competent yacht crew, either.
