Continuity mistake: Bishop is shown trying to disperse the crowd at the quarantine site. When Cable appears on the rooftop ready to snipe him, Bishop is shown walking among the crowd. When Cable relents, Bishop is back trying to disperse the crowd. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: When Cyclops is asking Jean if she can locate Graydon Creed in the mansion, the two of them are standing in the same spot they were in the previous episode. However, in the previous episode, this occurred before they destroyed the fence and began to infiltrate the mansion grounds. In this episode, they have already infiltrated the mansion grounds before Cyclops asks Jean to locate Creed, so they couldn't be standing in the same place as before. (00:15:49 - 00:16:30)

Continuity mistake: When Cyclops is saying "Don't worry, we'll stop them," the communication device on his bandolier is colored yellow, when it should be red. (00:16:27)
Character mistake: In the establishing shot at the farmers market, when the camera pans all the way to the right, there is a booth advertising roasted nuts, and "roasted" is misspelled as "roasteo." (00:03:20)
Other mistake: When the Blob picks up the bucket of ice cream, he says "Oh boy, tutti frutti!", but the label on the bucket says "Vanilla." (00:03:50)
Continuity mistake: When Rogue first wakes up from her nightmare, the X emblem on her chest is red. A couple of shots later, it is black. (00:05:15)
Other mistake: After Rogue knocks Gambit over, Gambit is in the foreground and Rogue is in the background. Despite this, the heel of Rogue's right boot appears in front of Gambit's left foot. (00:06:32)
Continuity mistake: When Rogue collapses to her knees in front of Cyclops, the X emblem on her chest is colored red, when it should be black. Additionally, the X emblem is missing from the middle of Cyclops' belt. (00:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Rogue is crashing through several levels of the mansion, the last one she crashes through is Storm's greenhouse and you can see through the windows that it is light outside. When she crashes through the ceiling of the mansion a split second later, it is suddenly dark outside. (00:08:15)
Continuity mistake: When Rogue is flying towards the torch section of the Statue of Liberty, the flame portion of the torch is missing, and then appears in the next shot. (00:08:33)
Factual error: Whenever the comatose Carol Danvers is shown in her hospital bed, she is wearing a pink turtleneck. A coma patient wouldn't be dressed in their own personal clothing. It could obstruct doctors and nurses in an emergency. She would be wearing a hospital gown. (00:09:19 - 00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Rogue walks by Carol Danvers' hospital room, you can see a nurse in the open space between the open door and the door frame. When the shot changes, the nurse is now standing in front of the open space, and would have been at least partially obscured by the door in the previous shot if she was standing in the same place. (00:10:11)
Continuity mistake: When Mystique is telling Wolverine, Cyclops and Gambit that they stole something very important from her, the sclera of Gambit's eyes are white, when it should be black. (00:10:36)
Continuity mistake: When Cyclops, Wolverine and Gambit are evading the fire lion that Pyro created, Cyclops hops over a blue-green car. A couple of shots later, the car is now brown. (00:10:56)
Answer: Chris Potter, the original Gambit voice actor, did indeed quit the role in the 4th season. His last episode was The Phalanx Covenant Part 1 so it seems reasonable that Fox would limit the use of the character even though it was recast. It doesn't appear that Potter left the role due to animosity, he stated in an interview that he wished to play Gambit in the first live action X-Men film.
