Suggested correction: She did have the time to change. And you can see in the end of the scene when Bailey is talking to her in the elevator and Izzie is outside, the mask and the hat in her hand.
Continuity mistake: We see a nurse writing down "Yang, C" on the assignments board; note the handwriting. Later, when Burke notices that Christina's name is on the board, the handwriting of "Yang, C" is completely different and other minor writing differences are noticeable too. (00:27:55 - 00:33:45)
Continuity mistake: As Meredith tries to get in to see Christina, but Bailey walks over to stop her, Meredith is putting on a white surgical mask. In the frontal shot she ties the white straps of the mask into bows. But in the next shot from behind the straps hang loose and aren't in bows. (00:29:50)
Continuity mistake: When Meredith tries to get into the OR to see Cristina, Bailey walks over to the door to stop her, and they talk. But in the final shot of Christina, you can see Bailey's hands on her head, even though Bailey is at the door with Meredith. (00:30:00)
