Continuity mistake: At the beginning, in the car on the way back from the hospital, in one shot Dr. Kepner is at Dr Karev's right and in the next she's at his left.
Continuity mistake: Dr. Warren pulls off his face mask. The camera pans to Dr. Bailey for about a second or two and then back to Dr. Warren, whose mask is back on. After panning away again for a few seconds and back, Dr. Warren's mask has been removed again. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: When Richard Webber hears the smoke alarm, he is in bed in his pajamas. The next shot shows him in the kitchen putting out the fire in his work clothes.
Continuity mistake: Avery and Kepner are at the bar. Keep looking between them (over Kepner's left shoulder). Right when Kepner says "I'm a soldier" a guy in in the background comes around the corner wearing a dark shirt with what looks like a red vest/sweater. The camera changes to a different angle for Avery's line, and then when it comes back to Kepner for her next line, the guy in the red sweater/vest comes around the corner again. (00:16:00)
Continuity mistake: Derek drives in to talk to Owen. He gets out of his Porsche Cayenne and closes the driver's door. In the next shot you see the door open in the background.
Continuity mistake: When Hunt and Warren are in the elevator, Warren is wearing normal clothes. When the storm into the O.R. Warren is suddenly wearing scrubs. There is no way he could have changed into scrubs fast enough to get to the room before they started cutting the bars off the guy on the table.
Continuity mistake: Cristina walks in during the party with two containers of cupcakes, places them on the side table and walks out. When Alex opens the lid and starts picking at the cupcake toppings, in the shots facing him the top container lid is wide open, but in shots facing Meredith the lid is closed and the cupcakes are untouched. Continuity mistake: In the Yang/Grey scene, Yang is scrubbing and pulls back her mask, seconds later the mask has disappeared. Also her arm has soap on it when Meredith pulls it out, but then suddenly the soap is gone.
Continuity mistake: Arizona is wearing fitting black slacks and black heels and has two legs (not a prosthetic on the left). (00:37:45)
Continuity mistake: When the episode ends and Jo and Alex are throwing balls at the wall, the position of the bag below changes between shots.
