Visible crew/equipment: We see Sucre as Bellick is being taken away. In this shot, the camera pans round Sucre, leaving a nice shadow on his shoulder. (00:18:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sucre collapses, his bandage is untidy on his chest with gaps in the tape. Camera changes to an overhead shot and the bandage is neat with no gaps. (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: When Mahone reveals that Michael is needed alive, he's leaning on his elbow on a box. Camera changes and now he's not. (00:21:00)

Continuity mistake: When Linc and Michael stop in the woods to talk Linc doesn't have his handcuffs from Mahone on. However they appear when they meet with Sara. (00:29:00)

Continuity mistake: At the end in Sona, Michael is walking down a corridor. He gets over halfway and spots a lad in a red top having taken drugs. After this we see Michael again and he's back at the start of the corridor. Note the door on screen left and the number of light fittings. (00:40:30)
