Continuity mistake: When the bomb timer is discovered, Dempsey is stood next to the bomb as seen on Monitor 1 of the control room. The camera pans across, past monitor 2 and onto Monitor 3 which is still the same room but a different angle. On Monitor 3, Dempsey is now around 3-4ft away from the bomb. (00:14:00)

Continuity mistake: When Gary's wife is talking to Fornell and Gibbs, she either has her hand on the rake handle or lowered depending on the shot. (00:24:30)
Continuity mistake: When speaking to Conrad about taking the internship at NCIS, the clock behind Conrad changes drastically. (00:04:25)
Continuity mistake: The way Abby holds out the bells for the intern to wear changes depending on the shot. In one shot she has the string over all 4 fingers and in another only over 1. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: The writing on the board changes style at the very start. Note the 1st A in Satan. (00:00:15)
Out of the Frying Pan - S8-E18
Continuity mistake: Vance slams the axe on the table and through a picture of the victim. However, when Vance removes the axe a minute later, the axe is through a different part of the picture. The 1st time the axe goes through the neck/shoulders of the man in the picture but when removed it's in the forehead. (00:29:50)
Continuity mistake: Right at the end, the dying Poloma reaches up and touches her brother's right cheek. Her bloody fingers leave a trail behind. This disappears in the next shot when Alejandro turns his head to look at Gibbs.
