Episode #4.4 - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: When Mr Hicks says "Move it, Stewart!" when Stewpot is climbing a vaulting box, Hicks is holding a basketball and his arm is stretched out, but when we see Hicks in the next shot, his arm is now by his side.

Episode #4.4 - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: When Mr Hicks says "I said I didn't want to see these rags again, Marks", you can see that there is nothing behind Marks, but in the next shot a white shirt is behind him.

Episode #4.4 - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: When we see the pupils jumping the pommel horse during the PE lesson, Gripper does his jump and you can see there is a pupil with a dark blue shirt at the back of the queue, but when we see a close-up of the queue in the next shot, there is now a pupil with a light blue shirt at the back. Then when Richard Marks does his jump over the horse the pupil in the light blue shirt has disappeared.

Episode #4.4 - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: When the shopkeeper bans the two Grange Hill pupils from going into the newsagent, Pogo, Stewpot and Duane can be seen walking towards the shop, but in the next shot they are back in their original positions.

Field Trip - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When Roland plays his tape recorder on the coach, the woman on the tape says "lightest lemon sponge I've ever tasted - she used to bake, yes I remember, mind you she worked hard that woman..." But in the cafe Roland didn't start recording until she said "mind you she worked hard..."

Trivia: When Banksie, Jackie, Jean-Paul and Sarah first arrive at the disused factory to drive Phil's car, the scaffolding in the background is on the Eastenders set which was under construction when this series was being filmed. From 1984 until 2001 Grange Hill was made at the BBC Elstree studio's, where Eastenders has been filmed since 1985.
