Continuity mistake: When Helen and Ziggy are leaving the fish and chip shop, you see a white viva van parked opposite the shop. But when Helen and Ziggy get outside the shop, the van has gone.
Continuity mistake: When Mr Griffiths is driving Harriet back to grange hill in his van he pulls up outside some shops for a few seconds in between parking and leaving there are different vehicles parked behind the van.
Visible crew/equipment: After picking up Harriet from the stables the camera, boom mike and some crew members can be seen reflected in the side of Mr. Griffiths' van after he shuts the driver's door.
Visible crew/equipment: During registration, when Mr. Scott is handing out the diaries, an overhead microphone is in shot when Scott says to Ziggy, "Come on, Eric." (00:03:50)

Other mistake: Hollo goes into the hall where Perry is with Louise, Cheryl and Julie after Hollo has taken Perry's money for the bet he says "hope you win, Perry". Hollo couldn't know his name when he hadn't met Perry before or been introduced to him.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene at the party when the conga starts, Julie is at the front followed by Freddie, Jackie, Zammo, Mrs McClusky, Ronnie, Gonch, Louise, an extra, Calley, Robbie wearing an orange and green party hat and Trev. Then when the conga goes through the door and out into the playground the first 5 are the same, followed by Ronnie (who is now wearing a party hat), Gonch, Mrs Reagan, Jane, Hollo, Calley, Robbie (now wearing a yellow party hat), Cheryl and Trev (who is now wearing the hat Robbie was wearing). As the conga goes round the playground Hollo disappears from the line up and Louise moves further back.
Visible crew/equipment: At the presentation when Mrs. McClusky introduces Mr. Owen, you can see a boom mike shadow on his bald head.
Continuity mistake: When Justine intervenes when the grid iron crew are ganging up on Tegs, one crew member wearing a yellow T shirt with the number 55 under an unbuttoned white shirt drops his black helmet, which Ted picks up. When the crew run after Justine and Tegs as they run off, next shot on the stairs "number 55" is wearing the helmet, then as the crew chase after Justine and Tegs, as they leave through a fire door "number 55" is holding his helmet in his right hand.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ronnie, Fiona and Gonch are in Ronnie's bedroom the mic can be seen at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: A red Vauxhall Astra drives past the cafe, the camera is reflected in the side windows as it drives past.
