Adrift - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: When Michael is finished talking with his ex and Walt at a park, over his right shoulder can be seen a dark-haired woman in a black halter top and green slacks walking away. The camera shifts to the opposite view where Michael is looking, and the same woman is seen leaving a newsstand in front of the ex. (00:39:00)

Everybody Hates Hugo - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when Sun is burying the message bottle late at night, the camera shows close-ups of her hands. In the space of a few seconds, she has no ring on her left hand, then a ring, then no ring. (00:40:30)

Live Together, Die Alone, Part 1 - S2-E23

Factual error: The prison Desmond is released from looks nothing like any British prison, let alone the British military prison (the "Glasshouse"), which is more of a training camp than a traditional prison. The guards wear no cap badges on their berets (all British service personnel wear cap badges) and their berets are worn almost vertically on their heads, whereas British berets are pulled hard to the right. The NCO who releases him is credited as a "master sergeant" in the episode credits - an American rank which has never been used in the British Army. (00:05:30)

Dave - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: At the end of the scene in the gym of the mental hospital when Hurley and Dave talk, in the background there is a guy sitting on the floor in a yoga-like position. His exact location changes between shots, as you can tell by the ground-lines. First he sits on the red line, next to where the blue and the yellow lines cross, then he sits about 5 feet further to the right, and finally he is back exactly on the same spot as in the beginning.

The Other 48 Days - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: In season 2, episode 5, Jin and Mr. Eko are searching for Michael. Jin gets attacked by a boar and rolls down a hill to find the corpse of Goodwin. In this scene they are in the middle of the jungle. Now two episodes later, when Ana-Lucia confronts Goodwin they are on top of a mountain without trees surrounding them. This is confirmed in Juliet's flashbacks in later seasons when Ben takes her to see Goodwin's body.

Adrift - S2-E2

Other mistake: In the scene with Sawyer and Michael drifting on the pontoon, where Michael is crying, you briefly see a boat with a mast in the background in one shot over Sawyer's right shoulder as he faces the screen, just before he says "Are you all right Mike?". (00:38:10)

Lockdown - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: When John slides across the floor and puts the crowbar in the blast door, in one shot the crowbar is diagonal across a red tile. When the shot changes, the crowbar has moved and is now next to the red tile. (00:10:55)

House of the Rising Sun - S1-E6

[While fleeing from an angry swarm, Kate takes her shirt off as insects are trapped in it. Charlie later finds her and hands her the shirt she dropped with a questioning look.]
Kate: It was full of bees.
Charlie: [Looking at her chest.] I'd say more like C's.

Season 1 generally

Question: When Claire is pregnant with her baby, her belly looks very realistic. Does anyone know how they make it look so real?

Answer: Using a mold, a realistic pregnancy belly is made of latex (rubber), including the distinct belly button, to suit the proportions of Emilie de Ravin who plays Claire. It is then painted with a special paint/adhesive compound that adheres to the surface and for shots of the actual belly, additional veining and stretch marks are airbrushed on.
