It's now John's move, but when he makes his move, all the pieces are in different positions. The screen is in shot all the time, and we don't see him make another move explaining the moved pieces. Answer: Using a mold, a realistic pregnancy belly is made of latex (rubber), including the distinct belly button, to suit the proportions of Emilie de Ravin who plays Claire.
