Fine Feathered Finks (1) - S1-E3

Other mistake: If the camera in the Penguin's cell is hidden and stationary, then the video taken from the cell should all be from the same angle, but not only does much of it move along with the Penguin as he paces, it also is much closer and at a lower angle. It only reverts back to being hidden when he notices it.

Batman Stands Pat (2) - S1-E14

Revealing mistake: As Batman is about to use his batarang to Mad Hatter's hideout, right before getting caught by him and his henchmen towards the end of the episode, as he moves his cape back, the back part of his costume is open.

The Thirteenth Hat (1) - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When Batman parks the Batmobile in front of Octave Marbot's studio, Batman tells Robin to activate the vehicle's anti-theft device. Robin is wearing green leather gloves, but in the closeup Robin's green glove is made out of a material (looks like cotton) very different than Robin's gloves. (00:18:15)

Super Grover

True or False-Face (1) - S1-E17

Visible crew/equipment: After Albert answers the Batphone it cuts to Bruce and Dick sitting at the table. We can see a chalk T-mark on the floor near Dick, and a white tape mark on the floor near Bruce. Then, when Harriet walks in another white tape mark becomes visible on the floor by her feet. Batman trivia picture

Trivia: The 1966 T.V. Batmobile was created from a decade-old "concept show car" designed and built in 1955 by Ford's Lincoln Division. It was called the Lincoln Futura, and was originally a pearlescent pale green. After several years on the car show rounds (and an appearance in one movie, repainted red), it was sold for $1 to George Barris who stored it outdoors for 6 years. When FOX called looking for Barris to build a car for the show, they gave him 3 weeks, so he grabbed this already-weird looking car he had out back, sketched a few changes and passed the physical work to Bill Cushenberry. It was finished on time and the rest is history.

Answer: There were three well-known actors who played Mr. Freeze, each one a different height, weight, and physique. As these were notable guest stars, the costume designers would adapt the costume to best fit each actor who likely would want to avoid comparisons to the other Mr. Freezes, incorporate their preferences, as well as refresh the look, rework whatever didn't work in previous versions, and so on.
